Everything was very nice. I only found out there was a courtyard on the last day which was the only disappointment. It would have really helped to have a shady space to relax in outside the property.
Estaba muy limpio y muy bien decorado. Detalle de agua para todos los alojados. Pastillas de lavavajillas y de lavadora, papel higiénico de cortesía. Todo estupendo y muy cerca de todo. Supermercado cruzando la calle.

Location was great.
I did not like the process of providing key information. I received several emails from Liv Suites asking me to provide my email address in order to receive the door key details. I had been told that the booking platform would not share my email with Liv Suites, which made the situation feel suspicious.
This process caused unnecessary stress. Even after replying and providing my email address, I did not receive confirmation from Liv Suites and instead received another email requesting the same information again. I was genuinely worried that I might not be able to access the accommodation, especially since I had already started my trip and Liv Suites was my third place to stay during a long journey.
On a positive note, all the equipment provided in the suite was of very good quality, except for the kitchen knife. I was expecting a sharp, Swiss-made knife in a Swiss suite, not a very cheap IKEA knife.

The property is great, very convenient to everything in the city. Easy digital entry, I liked not worrying about a key. There are two grocery stores and a bakery right across the street. The lake promenade is close, about a 10-15 minute walk.
The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. You also have access to a washer/dryer combo (we didn’t use) and a blowdryer. Handy tip: If you go to the digital butler button located in the check-in email, you can access operating manuals for all the devices.
We really enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if we are back in Lucerne.
The location was excellent, very close to the lake and main attractions. The self check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean upon arrival. The building is modern and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet during the day.
There was significant noise during the night, especially from what seemed to be a washing machine or dryer operating in another unit between around 23:30 and 02:00. This disturbed our sleep on multiple nights. Clearer communication about noise rules and better insulation would improve the stay.
Appartamento veramente carino e dotato di tutto il necessario per un periodo di soggiorno. Posizione molto comoda, davanti alla fermata del bus. Il centro di lucerna e la stazione si raggiungono in 10/15 min a piedi. Non c’è il personale all’accoglienza ma per qualsiasi dubbio lo staff risponde subito alle domande. I prezzi sono in linea con i prezzi generali della città
