The service and cleaning weren't that good

A complete disaster! Instead of the room I booked, they put me in a completely different room covered in mold, rust, and heavy humidity under the pretext of 'rain'. It had absolutely no resemblance to the photos. It was impossible to even breathe in that unhealthy environment, so I refused to stay and left immediately. The manager verbally promised a free cancellation and asked me to send a request through the system, but the moment I left, he blocked my phone numbers. When I call the front desk, they constantly lie saying he is 'busy'. They risked my health and are now stalling the refund. Stay away!

Мы бронировали через Букинг улучшенный трёхместный номер. Нам дали стандартный двухместный. В номере очень темно, телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер были не в рабочем состоянии. Вайфай очень слабый.

1. Bad WiFi. It always reconnected or didn't connected at all. I was surfing the internet, but suddenly it could disconnect. Unfortunately, the owner didn't fix the problem, however he was informed about it.
2. Too loud. It was impossible to sleep with an opened window because of noise outside.
3. The bed sheet was too tiny. And the sheet was ruffled from any movement in the bed.
4. Absence of normal soap and shampoo. The soap wasn't foamed. We were given a small bottle (25 ml, I suppose)of shampoo once and it was never updated during our one week stay. But we informed the owner as well, but the cleaner didn't hear us.
5. The furniture is "tired". The chandelier was broken in the room and in the lobby.

El aire acondicionado no era muy frío, solo no hay elevador

It's a scam. They moved me to a different building and room, and when I said I'd rather look for alternative accommodation, they said I can request for a full refund on booking.com to which they will agree. I then booked an alternative hotel and requested for a full refund for this room which they then REFUSED. The result was that I had to call booking.com myself to get a full refund. It's not worth the stress and hassle of booking with this property.
