Pros:

Staffs were friendly

Cons:

The bedsheets were really bad. Lot of stains on the sheets. Smelly pillows
Bathrooms were not clean

Nothing was good . Wat to write 😡

Cons:

There was no breakfast no kettle coffee etc the ac stopped working . Bottle of water was also charged . Nothing was good , in this hot Chennai weather. Couldn’t sleep at night 2 days booking was there i left in one day . Because they couldn’t solve the ac problem. I paid 2060 for a day its not even worth 800

Cons:

We have booked a triple room... But in this hotel only double rooms are available... And room size is very small... They didnt provide toiletries...

I had done the payment for tripple room... Only i got double room... So i kundly request you to refund the excess amount taken from my side...
