Pros:

Hotel wanted to over charge 😌 on price ,bed springs coming out ,TV not working, bath dirty 😑 not worh the charge , Hotel overall a mess ,lobby used as a sleeping area at night.

Broken but not a bad deal.
Pros:

Location is great for walking around all the central Hanoi sites. Reasonably priced. Staff was helpful and flexible with all the issues.

Cons:

Booked the hotel for the location and the bath tub. There was never enough hot water to actually take a bath. The bath had jacuzzi jets but they didn't work. The windows sounded like they didn't exist, could hear the street, but wasn't too loud at night.

Pros:

one of the best hotel i have been. the staff is amazing . Mrs Lee the owner was so good with us. she booked us multiple tour. halong. hagiang . nimbin. always we good service. even went i was sick . she book me privite taxi from the hospital. such a love one. answer really quick on whatsapp.
the hotel in downtown and super closed of every thing. room are clean and comfy.

i strongly recommend :)
