Parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Il est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied des rues commerçantes et l'intérieur est un petit coin de paradis.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent (le meilleur de notre sejour) avec fruits, tartines d'avocat, jus, thé etc.
Le dîner était également très bon (tapas à l'espagnol en entrée).
Le personnel était agréable et disponible.
La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bains était absolument parfaite. J'y ai d'ailleurs pris mon seul bain du séjour (bougies, baignoire îlot, pierres murales, enceinte connectée pour la musique).
Le lit était très confortable.
Je reviendrai probablement dans cet hôtel à Valladolid.

Cons:

Il faudrait améliorer le processus du check out qui est un peu long mais sinon tout était parfait !

Pros:

C’était sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. Nous avons été plongés dans une véritable expérience de luxe du début à la fin.

Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la magnifique surprise de découvrir une décoration spéciale sur le lit pour célébrer notre voyage de noces — une attention qui nous a particulièrement touchés.

Le petit déjeuner servi au lit est un vrai plus : copieux, délicieux et parfait pour commencer la journée en douceur. Nous avons également été accueillis avec un cocktail de bienvenue, ce qui donne immédiatement le ton.

Quant à la chambre, elle est tout simplement sublime, à la fois élégante, confortable et parfaitement intégrée à l’environnement.

Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Cons:

Le logement est situé à une certaine distance du centre-ville, dans une rue qui n’est pas particulièrement accueillante. Il faut compter environ 15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant selon les moments de la journée.

La piscine, quant à elle, est majoritairement à l’ombre, ce qui rend l’eau assez froide. Nous n’avons donc malheureusement pas pu en profiter pleinement.

Pros:

Absolutely perfect hotel. Immaculate in every way. Tastefully done throughout with great attention to detail.
Pool area very calming and tranquil.
Rooms had everything you need and the hammock in the room with sliding doors to the pool was a great touch. Breakfast was excellent too. Special mention to Shaul who was very friendly and attentive at breakfast.

Cons:

10-15 minute walk into town.

Séjour romantique à Valladolid
Pros:

Cet hôtel offre un standing de grande qualité à la hauteur de nos attentes. Dès que l’on franchit la porte on est immédiatement plongé dans un cadre apaisant, idéal pour se ressourcer. Parfait !
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique le personnel est au petit soins. Les chambres sont magnifiques surtout la salle de bain. L'emplacement est parfait il est à 10 min à pied du centre et au calme. La cuisine est excellente, le petit déjeuner à la carte est très bon.

Pros:

The hotel facilities are very beautiful and extraordinary nice. The hotel team puts obviously a lot effort into that.
Location was ok, there are definitely hotels that are closer to the city center but it is only a 10 min walk.
The team was quite nice, but just a few speak English and sometimes it feels that nobody was really responsible when having an issue.

Cons:

The only aspect that we were not happy about is the food.
Overall the food quality is ok/good, but it occurred in nearly every meal that we received something different than what we ordered.
Moreover, the paella we ordered was off which was causing quite a dispute since it was rather obvious (colour, smell, taste).

Recommended place in Valladolid, a bit far from the center yet good.
Pros:

Simple but well cooked and served, very tasty and great presentation. The dining area is small and designed for couples, we were a group of four so we had to wait until the single 4 people table was ready. The next days the staff already prepared the table for us, cudos for the team!
Great places nearby to visit: Cenotes!

Cons:

An elevator can be advantage, however we succedded carrying our luggage one floor without an additional help

Pros:

Tout : le personnel est très gentil et professionnel, le petit-déjeuner est top et se différencie des autres hôtels (pudding de chia, avocado toast etc… en plus des omelettes classiques), la décoration, la piscine, les chambres avec ce super hamac et les cocktails sont parfaits.

Comfortable, good breakfast, helpful staff but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the property itself is quite stunning once inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s quite a walk from the main part of town (about 10 minutes) and the neighbourhood isn’t ideal (felt a bit sketchy tbh!!) as there aren’t many options for food nearby unless you walk back into town or eat at the hotel (very limited menu unless you want fish).

There are no tea/coffee facilities in room. We were in an upstairs room and the ground floor rooms are around the pool but it didn’t feel like you could go and use a sun lounger outside someone else’s room.

We also had to sign a very long agreement to rules when we checked in which felt a bit odd and made me very nervous to get anything dirty! The streets in Valladolid are dirty so I was obsessively washing my feet when we got back so I didn’t get the white sheets dusty!

The breakfasts were good but you had to pay extra if you wanted a latte or cappuccino which given the price of the hotel, I’d expect for free.

It’s a shame because it’s a nice place but the rules and not having drinks in the room made it feel a bit unwelcome overall.
