Pros:

The staff was good, the front desk personnel and the help were ok. The passage was very clean.

Cons:

The hotel room was ok, smaller than the size in the picture. The bathroom is also very small and lacks some essentials like a shower curtain and toiletries. The TV in the room was very small and did not work properly.
It's very affordable and the staff is also good. The tea we ordered in the morning was good and not included in the rent.

Pathetic services.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Room was very congested. Not at all value for money. Staff is arrogant as they knew you are not the local.

Good Hotel in lovely location. Easy walking distance to city centre
Pros:

Good location. It was clean. We had issues with hot water. It was luke warm.
Excellent staff who made us Masala Tea ( Sugar Free) in the morning.

Cons:

Hot water issues. No breakfast but lots of places outside to eat.

Very clean for good price
Pros:

Very clean place. 2 room categories. The rooms for 1000 rupies/night + 12% taxes is VERY good value, quite new, good bathroom, and confortable bed.
Comparing with the upper rooms, nothing to envy.

Cons:

No toilet paper. No soap.
Emergency exit locked.
