Pros:

The staff are extremely friendly and kind. They are going beyond and are patient with a smile on their faces.

Cons:

It’s simple, but very affordable. For our group and the purpose of our travel, it worked out well.
For those who do not speak the local language, communicating might be more challenging, but with the translation apps around, you can find your way.
