I was surprised that there were no usb slots on the electrical sockets in the room. Luckily I had remembered to bring our own plugs with usb adapters, otherwise we would not have been able to charge our mobile phones.

The bar was not very welcoming, and closed at 11:00 PM, with no residents' facilities.

Would have expected a robe for attending the swimming pool.

It was relaxing and food was very tasty
There was really poor customer service by staff, appeared to be no system during breakfast or dinner.
During dinner, we noticed an elderly couple beside us having to continuously ask for assistance and being ignored by staff.
During breakfast, there was no direction or explanation of how the breakfast buffet works, when we ordered tea and toast it didn’t not arrive until we were nearly finished the breakfast, seemed to be alot of confusion among staff as to what tables they were serving
Nice hotel but needs a little upgrading to freshen things up a bit. Nell served a big party of us on the Saturday night and she was brilliant. Well done.
The food was excellent. Nell was our waitress and fantastic in recommending dishes . Her recommendation was delicious and she had a very friendly demeanor, which the children loved.
