The genorsity of all the staff and especially would tomention lorisnt and Anne Marie
Pros:

Every time I stay in the hotel I am impressed by the staff and rooms and how the hotel is very clean and a new service is started of laundry to the clients
I think this service would impress a lot of residents staying anytime in the hotel

Cons:

I cannot find any reason that I do not like in the McWilliams park hotel all is beyond satisfaction and impressive

Comfortable pleasant work trip
Pros:

Location, staff lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Also loved that there was shampoo and conditioner! WiFi was good for working in the room.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I disliked but I would like you to be able to watch Netflix on the tv and maybe some herbal tea. Still very happy with everything though especially the lovely staff.

Had a very good stay!
Pros:

Availability of pool was good.
The food at the place was exceptional.

Cons:

There were reception flooring work at the time of the stay with not much signs for how to go around these.
