Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist.
Pros:

Diese Unterkunft ist inakzeptabel! Absolut kein Platz. Man kann noch nicht einmal einen Koffer unterbringen. Im „Bad“ kann man sich kaum umdrehen.
Der Balkon ist eine ummauerte Terrasse. Es ist dunkel, ohne Blick nach draußen.
Es ist hellhörig! Alles einfach furchtbar! Wir sind nach einer Nacht angereist. Hatten glücklicherweise ein Zimmer in einem Fünfsternehotel über Booking bekommen, das noch nicht einmal sehr viel teurer war.

Cons:

Alles hat nicht gefallen! Der Preis ist ungerechtfertigt.

Excellent Experience in Tokyo.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Rosenheim hotel. This is our third time stayed here.The room was very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staffs were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants nearby, yet it is quiet at night. We truly felt relaxed during our stay.
We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended! Thank you

Pros:

Very friendly staff! Room looked like the pictures. Not the most modern and bathroom is very small but it was all very clean and looked like the pictures. Surrounding area is not really pretty but very close to Shinjuku inner city

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Hospitality.
Pros:

Great location and very clean rooms. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, which made exploring the city very easy. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We really appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Spacious and comfortable, super staff and great location for 4 adults.
Pros:

Incredibly helpful staff, very clean and pretty spacious accommodations for 4 adults. We really appreciated the two separate rooms and having an extra toilet in addition to the full bath. Everything was pristinely clean, beds comfortable and the welcome information and packets were helpful and kind. Perfect location for our needs and travel. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

Really nothing other than the steps were quite steep to our accommodations, but the staff took our bags up when we arrived and back down for us when we checked out.

One of the Best Stays in Tokyo
Pros:

Great stay in the heart of Shinjuku.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to the station, restaurants, and convenience stores. Despite being central, it was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo.
