Mükemmel bir konumda mükemmel bir tesis.
Pros:

Her şeyi çok güzeldi. Konumu çok güzel bir yerdeydi. Shinjuku semtinde yer alan bu otel bir çok restorana çok yakın. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili. Eşimin doğum günü olduğunu söylediğimde bize şarap ikram ettiler. Bir daha Tokyo’ya gelirsek yine burada kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Odalar da oldukça güzel. Yatak çok rahattı

Pros:

2 minutes walking distance to subway, 13 minutes walking distance to shinjuku. Facilities were amazing there was everything one might need. Laundry, fully equipped kitchen, the beds were really comfortable. Really clean rooms, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I would prefer doors instead of shower curtains because it’s more sanitary.

Pros:

This accomodation was a very pleasant surprise and I'm very happy that we made the decision to stay here!

- The staff speaks very good English and are very helpful and polite
- Spacious room with pretty much all the amenities that you could need. Everything was very clean.
- Very soft and comfortable bed / pillows which seems to be pretty rare in japan
- Located on a very quiet street despite being close to the "busy" area. Had 0 noise at night and managed to sleep great
- The location is very good, with only a 5 minute easy walk from Okubo station

Be aware that this does not feel like a"hotel" in the traditional sense and it has more of a "homey" vibe. I think that this is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel like a local

It is very near to Korea town with a lot of food choices. Chinese, kebab,Korean, Japanese, western food. Highly recommen
Pros:

There are 2 bedrooms with 2 super single bed in each room. 1 hall. 1 small kitchen. Bathroom and toilet is separated.
It really caters to family who is looking for space.
Boss is very & helpful.
Gave us box chocolate pie when we checked in and gave us another snack souvenir on our last day. He even showed us the rainbow bridge at odaiba when he sent us to the airport. The restaurants he recommended are all nice food too.

Convenient and clean.
Pros:

Clean room and staff was helpful! On 2 evenings i returned to do the laundry and the male staff on duty assisted my wife to load and unload the laundry. He helped to also check if theres anything left behind, great attention to detail!

We enjoyed our stay here. Owner was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

It was close to train station, clean and comfortable . It had all amenities that we needed.

Cons:

The furniture was not very comfortable. Sofa and beds were quite hard. The floors and walls were thin so noise carried down stairs.

Très propre et bien situé idéal pour un voyage entre ami
Pros:

La chambre était très propre, ce qui fait la différence avec cet hotel c'est l'équipe qui était très professionnelle et accueillante, toujours disponible pour nous aider et nous ont offert tous les jours des snacks, des glaces et autres... on se sentait en sécurité.

Cons:

Manque de lumière naturelle dans la chambre malgré la porte fenêtre (on était au RDC) et elle manquait de charme (meubles dépareillés mais fonctionnels), manquait de rangement une seule penderie ouverte et pas de commode sentiment d'être entouré de ces habits

Spacious apartment and super friendly staff. When we had a problem after hours they were prompt to respond and assist us.

But further away from Shinjuku centre than i realised when i booked but still only 5 mins from Okubu station and close to many shops

Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient, close to the station and easy to access from popular areas in Tokyo. The staff were kind and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Efficient and well located stay for convenient Tokyo excursion!
Pros:

The location of the Rosenheim was ideal for getting around downtown Tokyo. It was a 5 minute walk to Okuba station and one stop from Shinjuku. The staff was friendly and helpful, with bottled water and umbrellas always available. The room was large and comfortable. Just right for a 4 day stay!

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, if efficient. It provided everything one would need, and we developed a system of wringing every inch out of the space, but was postage sized - especially when compared to the generous size of the room.

Great location, staff and accommodations. Perfect for my son and I traveling for a long weekend.
Pros:

The location was very convenient and close to everything, very safe and just a short walk from a busy street that had every type of food, store and train stations. The apartment had everything that we needed and the staff was lovely.
