Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku

The staff super friendly, and the room is very big. Worth the price!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

老闆熱情款待很熱心跟用心👍

The apartment and the location was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were always helpful in every way possible. We even left a phone in the apartment during check out and they kept it for us safely for when we got back. There are also two train stations close by making travelling around absolutely easy. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking to visit Tokyo.

Great place to book your stay. As soon as we arrived, the hosts were super helpful. We were allowed to leave our suitcases until our checking time which meant we could go and explore without taking our bags with us. When we returned for check-in, the hosts took all of our bags to our rooms which was super helpful. A very clean and tidy place with enough space to move around. Very close to 2 train stations, making travel very easy. Would definitely book this place again in the future. E rere ana ngā mihi ki a koutou i te pai o te whare nei :)

Very helpful staff, great quiet location, and very clean.

Update : I had to cancel my booking for other reasons but it was a non - cancellation booking. However the hotel said they would do their best to resell the room and they got 1 night resold at a reduced rate for last minute and was able to get me something back which was unexpected and not required of them but very much appreciated. So they went above and beyond to help me out which reiterates the very helpful staff comment above. Thank you very much again.

Quiet location very close to multiple restaurants and a train station. The hotel felt more like a small guesthouse.

In room washing machine was really nice to have

Front desk staff was very friendly and had welcome/departing gifts

Beds were very comfortable.

Short walk to station

La amabilidad y limpieza

The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful! They made the experience here extremely enjoyable! They were able to move our luggage into our room before our stay.

The property was near a station. The place was nice and extremely helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of our rooms and the provisions left in them were excellent.

The position of the hotel is great - a short and easy 5-10 minutes walk to Shin-Okubo station for getting around the city, but also far enough away that the area it is nice and quiet.

Great location, and the staff were absolutely wonderful!

Convenient location for exploring Tokyo and the staff were very helpful . The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed - would recommend! Thank you very much

The staff and location
