Excellent location and very convenient!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent and very convenient for transportation. It is close to the train stations, which made it easy to explore Tokyo.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Everything was well prepared, and we felt relaxed during our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

Clean room. Great location. No elevator for heavy bags but the staff man helped us carry the heavy bags!

Cons:

If you have a lot of luggage (2 people had 2 checked bags, 2 carey on and a personal bag) it can be a bit cramped.

Great small apartment hotel in convenient location.
Pros:

Really great place! Very close to Okubo and Shin Okubo stations. Plenty of food and restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores.

Staff were really great, especially Akira. Our room was big and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows and sheets. Washing machine in the room was great to have.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Incredible! Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was incredible and so accommodating. We were able to send our luggage to our next stay and they were extremely helpful. The room was great, very comfortable, and had a great bathroom. They provided toiletries, water, and even some treats! The location was extraordinary. Right off the train and close to the Yamanote line which takes you all over the city. We will definitely be coming back!

此次住宿在三樓，聽說是最大的家庭房，房內有洗衣機，浴室在日本算是蠻大間的，此間浴室備有4星級酒店的空調設備（跟千歲ANA的一樣），晚上把洗好的衣服晾上，打開烘乾功能，早上起床衣服就全乾了；冰箱、電飯煲、微波爐、煮食的爐具及鍋碗、筷子….一應

因住宿的位置在三樓，到達時，員工主動幫忙把行李扛至三樓；因為住宿期間較長，第四天需換至一樓的房間，早上我們出門前，把整好的行李放在三樓房內，晚上回來時，老闆已經幫我們把行李整齊擺放在一樓房間的櫃內，連在三樓冰箱內的食品、飲料，也一併擺放整齊在一樓房間內的冰箱裏

가격도 좋고 위치도 참 좋았습니다. 역하고 많이 가까워요! 그리고 직원분들도 친절하고 침구나 시설도 매우 깨끗했습니다.
온수도, 난방도 훌륭했습니다. 저희는 다음에도 또 이용할거에요!

Cons:

굳이 이야기 하자면 숙소가 2층 이였는데 계단이였어요. 계단이 좀 좁아서 가방이 크면 들고 다니기 어려울수도 있을것 같습니다.
그리고 소음이 살짝 있는편입니다. 저희는 그냥 그렇구나 하고 딱히 신경쓰이거나 불편하지는 않았습니다.
밤에 모두 잘시간에 주무셔서 자는 동안에는 아무소리도 안들렸어요 ㅎㅎ

Amazing staff and great experience
Pros:

The staff was the highlight of the hotel. Very welcoming and helpful even prior to arrival. Amazing communication with any issues/questions we might have had were addressed quickly. The room was very clean with all the amenities we needed. Location was ideal for us, walking distance from Okubo train station.

Cons:

No notes. Experience with this hotel was great and could not have worked out better for our group.
