Localizado no Centro Histórico, dá para sair a pé e conhecer a área colonial, com igrejas e prédios antigos, e bons restaurantes.
O hotel é simples e simpatico, um casarão histórico restaurado, com uma área agradável aberta e outra fechada para tomar café da manhã . Funcionários muito gentis.

My stay at Hotel Class Colonial was a very pleasant experience. If you're looking for a modern luxury hotel, this isn't it—but if you appreciate the charm and character of a boutique hotel with warm, genuine hospitality, you'll likely enjoy staying here as much as I did.

The hotel has an older, classic feel that gives it plenty of personality. My room was comfortable, the bed slept well, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the lighting created a relaxing atmosphere, and everything in the room functioned as it should. One of my favorite features was having a private balcony overlooking the street and walking plaza. It was a wonderful place to sit, relax, and take in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every employee I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. I even used the laundry service, which was completed quickly for a very reasonable fee. During breakfast, I had the opportunity to meet the owner, and she was just as warm and welcoming as the rest of her team. It's easy to see that her kindness and hospitality have shaped the culture of the hotel.

The only issue I noticed was the presence of very small ants in my room, particularly in the bathroom, as well as occasionally in the hallways. They were never overwhelming or disruptive, and I suspect it's simply one of the challenges that comes with maintaining a beautiful older building in a tropical climate. A routine pest control treatment would likely take care of the issue.

Overall, the outstanding staff, comfortable accommodations, and charming atmosphere far outweighed that minor concern. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily return. If you value exceptional service, a welcoming environment, and the unique character that only a boutique hotel can offer, Hotel Class Colonial is an excellent choice.

The ambiance of this hotel fit perfectly in this historic area - very high ceiling, lovely fixtures, nice size room, comfy bed, hot hot water, safe, fridge, hair drier and very good breakfast. Staff very helpful. Get a room with a balcony, we spent ages watching the comings and goings on the main pedestrian street Conde. All sites in easy walking distance. Many restaurants etc

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel aux tarifs très raisonnables, je le recommande vivement. Les réceptionnistes sont très pros et sympathiques !

La atención del personal desde que ingresas, la ubicación es céntrica y segura. El desayuno delicioso y completo.

The staff was beautiful, professional, and friendly -very helpful. The house keepers kept the room spotless clean. The location is perfect. I got one of the rooms with balcony which was great! Don’t expected to be monastery quiet cause the street is very active, but fun if you like the city life. Your near and close to a lot restaurants and stores. There is a supermarket nearby which is very handy. The hot water was hot!! Don’t play with it.
