Great location, but the property itself needs significant improvement.

Pros:

The breakfast was very nice and enjoyable. Donna did
a fabulous job , her work is above and beyond. And she was so incredibly kind.
Maria at check and check out was very professional and made my experience one to remember. She has a great smile and personality, She is the person I would want at my front desk. She couldn’t have done more.

Would never stay here again. Waited in line for 1.5 hours to check in

Was close to beach, shopping and restaurants

Cons:

Very unfriendly staff!
No where on the booking.com website did it state that there was a different location to check in .
Walked around with my family in the dark with luggage trying to find where to check in.

Very bad experience with this place
Cons:

There were no hangers Room was very dirty. Service is terrible. The reception woman is extremely rude. Breakfast is terrible

Horrible.
Pros:

Bedding was super comfortable. Had nice sleep.

Cons:

Office was far from the property. One has to walk half mile to check in and then come back to hotel location.
Staff was arrogant.
Bathroom was clogged and never resolved. We have to go to other room for taking bath.
Portable AC right next to bed wasn't a good experience. It was making lot of noise. Never expected a portable AC in hotel room.
Overall it's a waste of money.
All facilities like breakfast area, pool etc were half mile away like one has to go to public library.

Custo benefício muito bom .
Pros:

A cama é maravilhosa, descansamos muito bem, fica bem na beira do mar mesmo , aparentemente super tranquilo o local , polícia direto , andamos pelo calçadão à beira bar , tinha gente correndo , esportes e muito mais bem movimentado.

Cons:

A localização da recepção , pouso o endereço do booking não é o mesmo da recepção, pegamos o Uber e ficamos na frente da entrada dos quartos aí tive que deixar a família lá , pedir informações para depois de duas quadras achar a recepção , isso achei ruim , o café apesar de tb não ficar perto dos quartos 3 quadras para frente é muito bem servido.

Del mar dónde quiera vivir permanentemente
Pros:

Después de años visitando el mismo motel del mar , al fin Wilson de recepción resolvió el grandísimo problema de la internet, así todo en general fue excelente y en particular de Wilson con quién trabajo desde más de 7 años, necesita ser remunerado por su excelente trabo amabilidad y profesionalidad.. añado a Dana la del desayuno quien hace un excelente trabajo.
