Kent Hotel surprised me in a good way!
Pros:

Kent Hotel is absolutely amazing and definitely recommend it! Hotel cleanliness up to the standard. Housekeeping doing great work. Reception staff is so professional, friendly and helpful. At 6 am they met me with smile and did check in very quick, and upgraded my room.
Breakfast very delicious and Breakfast Team taking care of each guest in Restaurant. Room was very clean, spotless, fresh white linen, cozy and comfortable bed. Complimentary water and coffee/tea facilities. Water pressure in the bathroom really good enough.
Huge thank you for everyone who was taken care of me for my three nights in Kent Hotel. See you soon again in May.

Pros:

Excellent location, right next to tram line. Clean and comfortable rooms, great selection at breakfast. Good value for money.

Cons:

Some hooks or rails to hang things on would be helpful. I don't think the a/c was working but it wasn't a huge problem for us, we didn't report it so can't judge how well they would have dealt with it.

Great location but not value for money.
Pros:

Location is fantastic.

Cons:

Rooms are very small and dated. Fridge and A/C did not work. The room gets very hot and stuffy so you need to open the external window for fresh air as the A/C didn’t work. No tissues in room despite asking housekeeping for some. Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Overall, a disappointing stay but serves its purpose if you want somewhere

Este okcu mici exceptii.

Cons:

Desi era anuntat cheak out la ira 12.00 este scris incusiv in lift la ora 11 nu se mai putea intra in camera cartela fiind blocata, femeia de la curatenie descjizandune cu cartdla ei si spunandu ne ca sa terminat timpul. Este rusinos pt hotel eu considerand ca respectul pentru client e zero.

Отличное расположение отеля в Стамбуле

Cons:

Рекомендуем руководству отеля Кент заменить все полотенца для гостей - для рук, банные - очень старые, много раз использованы, срок службы вышел - не впитывают воду когда вытираешь руки и тело
Полотенце для ног - лучшего качества, чем полотенца для рук и тела
