Not great
Beds uncomfortable, and small. Comforters also small for two people
Breakfast was lacking, no omelet station.
On return we were put into 518, beautiful big room with breathtaking views. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to it off 5th floor. Just wish our bed was bigger and mattress more comfortable.
Location is excellent across from Metro, short walk to Bazaar, across from university.

The hotel is perfected located close to the Old City, near the Grand Bazaar, restaurants and not far from the Blue Mosque and other sites. With the tramline directly outside you also access other areas of Istanbul. The hotel is clean, the room was nice and big and well and the rain shower was powerful and hot. The hotel seems to be triple glazed which also gives you a perfectly quite night.
Wifi was hit and miss - sometime slow so I ended up switching to mobile data quite a bit.
Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful
Air conditioning was always hot and unable to adjust or regulate. This was noted in several rooms during our stay and also experienced by several other guests. Drink prices at bar were ridiculously expensive.

L'hotel è molto pulito tutta la biancheria della camera viene cambiata ogni giorno.
Posizione ottima.
Il letto è King size ma non il piumino, il personale non conosce nemmeno le parole basiche di italiano.
