Location was ideal for our visits both to places within the city as well as to temples away from the city. The famous Vadakkumnathan temple and the Bhagavathy temple as also two well-known vegetraian restaurants are all within walking distance from the hotel (within about 1.2 KM). The hotel itself provides a good spread for breakfast and other meals. In our case breakfast was not complimentary. The bus-station is within about 250 meters from the hotel. Auto-rickshaws are readily available right at the hotel entrance for local trips. The room is well provided for, had good linen, has a decent size bathroom. There is adequate parking space; the hotel has two lifts, and the rooms are centrally air-conditioned. The room had adequate storage space for us to keep our clothes etc., and had a kettle and hair-dryer too. The staff is courteous and helpful. In all, our experience was very good.
We wish our breakfast had been complimentary. There is nothing else which we did not like at this hotel. We had a very pleasant stay.
The amenities, location and comfort
The reception staff and the manager were not friendly, empathetic and not flexible in a situation which could have been easily resolved with out causing undue stress to myself.
The property is well located in the heart of Thrissur...
The staff at the reception are really arrogant and rude .... especially a young man called sreejit...I would never come back here for that reason.... and it was because the room safe and the electric kettle were not working...
Room Is Not Worthable as per the rent

Especially reception people should have smile to greet. Checkin only without checking properly saying booking cancelled. And they were not happy to give the keys. Might be due to pooram season they expect high paid customers.
