Au risque de me répéter un régal.
Pros:

Tout.
Le studio très bien équipé.
Bravo à l’architecte d’intérieur, dans un minimum de place tout y est, quel cachet dans la muraille de l’ancienne ville. Conçu pour 4 personnes, je l'ai occupé seule 👍👍. Un régal.

Cons:

Juste un petit bémol, il manque une pendule 😉.

Der check in online läuft problemlos. Das Haus hat außen die typische bunte Hülle, innen ist super schön und durchdacht renoviert. Das Appartement ist sehr stilvoll modern eingerichtet, sehr schönes Lichtkonzept. Auch wenn man nur mit Code die Türen öffnet und kein Personal sieht, gab es einen liebevollen Empfang: Wasser+Cola+Bier im Kühlschrank, ein paar Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel, sowie ein paar (weihnachtliche) Süßigkeiten.Sonst ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht in der Küche, Bad. Fenster schließen gut. Denn man wohnt einer kleinen Plsza gegenüber. Zu Silvester wutde gut gefeiert. Mindestens im Winter ist sonst alles beschauich und recht ruhig. Man ist ja mitten in der bunten Altstadt mit kleinen Gassen.Eine schöne Dachterrasse gibt's im Haus auch.Zum Strand sind es 3-5 Min. Zum Bäcker 3 Min in die andere Richtung. Supermarkt ca. 10 Min zu Fuß. Es ist perfekt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Danke.

Auto hatten wir keins, aber es gibt wohl einen Stellplatz.
Wir haben einen Transferbus (Beniconect) vom/zum Flughafen genutzt. Da steigt man an der Hauptstraße aus und läuft 100m zum Haus.

Mooi verzorgd, schoon appartement met gratis parkeerplaats
Pros:

De accommodatie lag midden in de oude stad. Het was een modern appartement en erg schoon. Ook stond er een welkomst pakketje klaar met een drankje, appels enz.

Cons:

Alles beviel, ook het terras boven met de ligbedden!

All comfort (like washing machine, dish washer, cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker, etc) available, excellent location, all newly renovated, super clean. Parking facilities available (5 minutes walk). Very good service and extended information provided upfront. Really recommended.

Pros:

Das ganze Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Den Keyless Zugang fand ich super praktisch, genauso wie die Reinigung zweimal pro Woche. Die Kommunikation war immer zügig, sogar am Sonntag am Abreisetag wurde mir innerhalb von ein paar Minuten geholfen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Die Wohnungstür hat ziemlich gequietscht und in der Dusche sollte man die Silikonfugen erneuern.

Definitely worth money and plan to return in future.
Pros:

The apartment is perfectly located near the beach — everything you might need is within a short walk. It’s nicely furnished and has all the amenities and equipment for a great beach holiday (the bed and pillows are excellent!). I enjoyed it so much that we even extended our stay for a few more days.

Cons:

I couldn't say this is a bad thing or disadvantage, but parking is located a bit far from the apartment and it took some time for me to figure out how to enter parking. But

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist genial, 5min zum Stadtstrand, 3min zum Bäcker und div. kleiner Geschäfte
die Wohnung ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet, es gibt bei längeren Aufenthalt sogar einen Reinigungsservice und Handtuchwechsel, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Tiefgargenstellplatz ist dabei, Fußweg zur Garage 5 min

Nydelig, stilrent og topp moderne hotell med alt man kan ønske seg i hjertet av vakre Villajoyosa!
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet, nært «alt», rent og praktisk. Ikke minst veldig fin design på rommet, noe man setter ekstra pris på som interiørdesigner.

Cons:

Kun en ting var negativt. Jeg reiste med min voksne datter og vi ville derfor ha en seng hver. Sovesofaen i oppholdsrommet var lite komfortabel å sove på. Veldig hard madrass, så der burde det vært tilgjengelig en overmadrass for å gjøre den mykere og mer komfortabel.
