Tutto. l' appartamento è in una zona pedonale vicino alle case appese, pulito, moderno,bagno grande e cucina con tutto quello che serviva, letto comodo ,lenzuola e asciugamani morbidi, c'erano capsule per la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie, 2 birre ,acqua ,capsule caffè , thè, ferro da stiro, coca cola. Smart TV con Netflix e wifi perfetto.
Super silenzioso , il nostro appartamento aveva una vista stupenda sul parco e mare. Il parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi, comodo ,coperto e indispensabile. Scendendo al mare 5 minuti a piedi ci sono ristoranti e una spiaggia con mare stupendo.Tramite whatsapp ci hanno aggiornato su tutto, rispondevano sempre rapidamente e con gentilezza. Veramente uno degli appartamenti più belli dove passare una settimana meravigliosa in un paese spettacolare.super consigliato.

10/10. Flott leilighet i rolig, men sentralt område. Det lille ekstra som velkomst. Rask respons og meget behjelpelig personale. Alt var rent og pent og fikk tilbud om rengjøring. Takterrassen var også en god bonus. Kommer definitivt tilbake.

Bardzo komfortowy, nowoczesny apartament na starówce, super wygodne łóżko w sypialni, wyposażenie na medal - było wszystko co trzeba. Super wygodna opcja z bezpiecznym parkingiem, do którego jest 5 minut na piechotę. No i winda jako dodatkowy bonus bo torbę mieliśmy ciężką! Taras na dachu z widokiem na morze - świetna opcja w wietrzne dni. Blisko do morza. Byliśmy zachwyceni! Będziemy polecać :)

It was clean but that was about it. There wasn’t a coffee machine at the property when we eventually got in. The code they emailed me didn’t work. After calling several times they eventually answered. No sincere apology. Next morning power cut. Tried calling - no answer. Messaged the host, they said they were trying to locate the problem. Didn’t see one electrician close to the property all day. After making an official complaint to Booking.com I was told they would resolve the issue and get me compensation. Within a couple of hours I received a full refund. There was no power the whole day, and then I decided to book into another place around the corner. After packing our things again and moving to the next place we received a msg from the Pau Suites saying the power should be back on by 8pm.. it would be dark by then. We’re already ahead and booked into a new property that actually has power.. and then they offer to give us another room across town. Tbh it was far too little too late in the day. I’d score them a minus (less than 0 out of 10) for their sheer lack of care. The refund was well received, but there was no real sense of urgency in fixing the power. Utterly awful as far as customer care or hospitality is concerned. Never again lol!

A beautifully modern flat in the old town. Lovely water fountain outside the balcony. Very clean and a lovely welcome pack. Great communication from the host.

La decoración, súper cuidada. La limpieza, la ubicación, el equipamiento. Todo en general, nos ha encantado! Hay una fuente justo enfrente de la casa súper relajante.

Buena ubicación en el centro de Villajoyosa. Con parking incluido a 5 min. Amplitud y comodidad. Con sofá, cocina y balcón con vistas. Muy nuevo. Entrada con código. Y detalles como cervezas, refrescos, agua, fruta y patatas fritas. En el baño dejan pasta de dientes y un neceser con crema y cepillo de dientes.

Apartament znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji - wszędzie było blisko, co znacznie ułatwiało zwiedzanie i korzystanie z okolicy. Dodatkowo z okna pokoju rozciągał się naprawdę ładny widok.
Pokój był dobrze wyposażony i zapewniał wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia, dzięki czemu pobyt był komfortowy i bezproblemowy. Miłym gestem były też zostawione przekąski na stole i napoje w lodówce.

The best accommodation we stayed in for years. Very comfortable and modern, it has everything needed for a short and even a long stay. Great, quiet location away from crowds and chaos of Alicante. Short walk to the beach. Convenient underground car park located 5 minutes away from the apartment. Responsive and helpful owner.

Stijlvol licht appartement op een prachtige locatie met balkon en mooi uitzicht.

Aan alles is gedacht, zelfs de handleidingen en zeep voor de apparatuur zoals was- en afwasmachine zijn digitaal beschikbaar.

Appartement biedt alles, ook voor een langer verblijf.

Lugar muy tranquilo. Equipamiento bastante completo. Bien situado para visitar la población. Pese a no haber presencia física de los responsables del apartamento, el apoyo por teléfono y Whatsapp fue impecable. Parking gratuito.

De ligging in de oude stad, heel rustig, vlakbij het strand, restaurantjes, supermarkt (Eurospar)...
Mooi, comfortabel en heel proper appartementje.
Goede service, wij hadden probleem met koffiemachine en dit werd onmiddellijk opgelost.
Wij verbleven er een week en hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf.
