暖かい歓迎。スタッフが丁寧でフレンドリー。
清潔感がある。静か。自然を感じられる。
空のウォーターボトルが部屋にあり、いつでも 継ぎ足しできて良い。
価格もお手頃。文化と自然を大切にした コンセプト。
帰った時 冷たいおしぼりがうれしかった。
全体のデザインが 良い。

Cons:

シャワーが使いにくい。 水が出ない時があった。
3人の宿泊だったが、タオル類が 2人分しかなかった。

Pros:

The property is lovely and has a very pleasant swimming pool. It is only a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The hotel’s transport service is also reasonably priced compared with Grab. The air conditioning in the room is very well positioned and can be left running all the time without blowing directly onto the bed, which is a big advantage in this climate.

Cons:

The breakfast options are mostly European-style and, unfortunately, fall short of European standards. However, they are still acceptable and perfectly edible.

Pros:

The staff is very welcoming and explains everything into detail. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The pool area is beautiful and relaxing.
Staff organized tuktuks for us with Mr Mony and Mr Houn who were fantastic, attentive and eternally patient with us :-). That also goes for our guide Mr T; who was knowledgeable, flexible and nice.
All in all an excellent experience for our group of 6

Perfekt für den Aufenthalt in sie in Siem Reap und als Ausgangspunkt um Angkor und den Tonle Sap zu besuchen.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ein echter Rückzugsort. Ein sehr angelegter Garten gibt einem das Gefühl, in der Natur zu sein. Trotzdem sind die belebten Teile der Stadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Das extrem freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit der Anlage garantieren absolutes Wohlbefinden.

La piscina era preciosa, limpia y rodeada de vegetación.
La habitación muy espaciosa y con instalaciones nuevas y limpias.
La ubicación muy buena para ver los templos.

The bathroom - difficult heavy door, no basin. Shower operation difficult, too high to reach. Lack of bedside lights and bedside tables too small.

Nos ha gustado todo en general. La ubicación, las instalaciones, el personal y su increíble amabilidad. Pros:

A gorgeous location ruined by trying too hard on the wrong things. why hold staff meetings in the middle of the restaurant so that punters have to walk rthru the middle of it every day? There are some really BRAINLESS behaviours going on here. Another is the signs reminding me that I am burning calories on the stairs. This toxic positivity is really overdone here. Just do the simple things right.

Cons:

A rusted out bathroom tap that exploded. Calorie signs on the stairs. Staff meetings in the foyer/restaurant. Dirty swimming pool full of lizard poop and skin flakes. Being asked on my personal wechat (used without permission) for a five star review. Totally missing the point of it.
