Pros:

There is a really beautiful mountain view from the room. The hotel is in the center of Ella and in a quit location.
Really big swimming pool and clean.

I loved my stay…It was very near to market…and the manager was very polite and helpful.

Great rooms, difficult to reach but great staff and service
Pros:

The rooms were very big and the view is amazing from the balcony. Washroom is pretty big and clean as well. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good so do include it in your stay while booking.

Cons:

Although the location of the hotel is on the main Ella street but reaching the hotel is very difficult. Firstly there is only 1 sign which is visible from the road but then there are no directions to the hotel. The way to the hotel is a 5-7 minutes steep 35 degree climb. So if you have luggage and do not have a vehicle then- “all the best”. Also do remember to ask for rooms on the lower floors like 501/502 coz 601/602 & 701/702 are on 2nd and 3rd floor which is again a very difficult hike.

Comfortable bed, convenient location
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the center of Ella and to the train station, but it still has a good view of the surrounding mountains. Our room was spacious, clean and they provided us with a cot as requested beforehand. Very good breakfast and nice staff.

Cons:

WiFi didn't work very well in our room (first floor).
Being close to the center, you can hear the noises and music coming from bars around.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel is a significant climb from the main road of Ella, especially after some hiking in the morning or afternoon. The rooms are spacious and clean, the shower is quite good. You can ad some more exercise since the accomodation has no elavators. And a tuktuk might refuse you to take you up from the mainroad. Here you will find many restaurants en lounge/ bars.
After a long morning walk the staff kept my breakfast aside so I could have it before checking out, where possible re-heated.
From the room with a great view on Ella town the music is hearable as if you were inside one of the 5 storey open-air bars itself. This continues only untill midnight.

Cons:

Less sugar in juice

Nice staff- they seemed a bit unsure of their operation. They could offer more info on trains, sites, tuk tuks etc
Pros:

Location in town. Peaceful. Staff were v friendly and nice. Good wifi.

Pros:

חדרים גדולים ונקיים עם מרפסת חמודה. בעל המלון מקסים!! דואג לכל מה שצריך. אני הייתי חולה והוא הסיע והחזיר אותי בטיקטוק שלו מיוזמתו ללא תשלום, וכל השהות דאג לי.

Cons:

בחדרים למטה הוי פיי לא מגיע. עלייה קצת קשה למלון.
