Looks are deceiving
Pros:

Only the location not the property

Cons:

On arrival we were showed to part of sewerage water with attitude and lunguage barrier also contributed to that kind of attitude.We sat at the reception ,while they were whispering only to find out that they didn't have the room we booked ,we were given a so called suite that doesn't have a shower door and a very hot bathroom which required its own fan or aircon ,no balcony for 2 nights,then we we're changed to a std room with malfunctioning aircon,we didn't complain as were doing countdown to leave the property.
