El personal és molt agradable i atent, tant a recepció, com a restaurant.

Van tenir un problema de gestió d'altres hòspedes (i els seus convidats) durant la nit, els quals van provocar sorolls, molts moviments nocturns, etc. Es va parlar i sembla que prendran mesures. Però cal ser estricte amb les regles bàsiques i en que no accedeixin persones que no s'allotgen allà a la nit. I que qui gestiona les hores nocturnes estigui formada per controlar, gestionar, etc.
