Pros:

Property has a very good location. Very friendly staff

Cons:

The mattress size was not standard. The width was around 200 cm and the length was around 180 cm, but I think it should have been the other way around - 180 cm wide and 200 cm long. (How do I know? I’m 194 cm tall.)

The place was very clean, organized, and just as in the pictures. The staff was very friendly, Adam gave us recommendations since before arriving, and Youseff was also very friendly every morning for the breakfast. They helped in everything through our stay, sharing information and helping us with any doubt. All the staff was very friendly. We also appreciated a lot the welcome and the breakfast which was so delicious every day.

Cons:

For winter nights, the rooms were not warm enough with the air heater. The room was a bit dark too, which although beautiful, made it a bit difficult for the girls to get ready in the morning (since opening the window was too cold).

A beautiful Riad in the heart of Medina
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Riad Rahal over Christmas. The location is fantastic, right in the Medina and just a short walk to the square. The property was beautiful, spotless, and the staff were very welcoming. We loved the rooftop breakfast - different cooked options each morning. Adam, the host, was super helpful, providing great tips on excursions, restaurants, and getting around. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. A great experience overall!

Riad con posizione ottima nella Medina, comodo per visitare a piedi i principali punti di interesse.
Colazione molto buona e varia, con proposte sia dolci che salate, sempre curate.
Pulizia soddisfacente e ambienti ben tenuti.

Cons:

Gli arredi sono essenziali e minimal, probabilmente una scelta stilistica tipica del riad.
Unico piccolo limite: spazi contenuti per sistemare i vestiti, ma per un soggiorno breve di 3 notti ci si organizza senza problemi.

Personnel au petit soin.
Pros:

Le Riad était très beau ainsi que la chambre. La terrasse sur le toit est très agréable avec une superbe vue sur la ville.

Molto bella esteticamente e per la posizione , anche lo staff molto professionale , peccato il proprietario

Cons:

Struttura non adeguata al periodo invernale. Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di dicembre e l’impianto di riscaldamento risultava insufficiente, con emissione di sola aria tiepida. Inoltre, per due giorni consecutivi si sono verificati blackout elettrici che hanno reso impossibile usufruire della doccia.
Comprendiamo che si tratti di inconvenienti che possono accadere, tuttavia riteniamo che la qualità di una struttura si misuri soprattutto nella gestione di tali situazioni. La soluzione proposta è stata uno sconto di 10 euro a persona, pari a meno del 4% del costo totale del soggiorno, a fronte di un’esperienza fortemente compromessa dal freddo e dall’impossibilità di utilizzare i servizi essenziali.
La struttura è esteticamente valida, ma a nostro avviso consigliabile solo nel periodo estivo. In altri periodi dell’anno esistono alternative più economiche e complessivamente migliori. Soprattutto dato il costo della struttura
