У вас прекрасное расположение, приведите в порядок отель, наймите новых горничных и бежит все хорошо.
Pros:

Расположение отличное, для тех кто на авто едет в сторону от границы, никуда не нужно сворачивать. Вид хороший на море, вплотную к воде расположение. Включен завтрак, даже тапочки есть. Тв, WiFi , кондиционер, работает. Горячая вода с хорошим напором! Вежливый администратор. Но есть много моментов

Cons:

Очень грязные номера, постельное белье. Очень старый номерной фонд. Лифт не безопасный. На завтрак кофе нет , только чай. Звукоизоляции в номерах нет, очень слышно все что происходит вокруг. Оставались 1 ночь, норма но если больше то не рекомендую.

لم استطع استلام الغرفة لسوء الفندق و لعدم النظافة . تم دفع المبلغ و اطالب باسترداده دون فائدة . تجربة سيئة جداً

لاشيء فقط مطل عل البحر

Cons:

سوء النظافة . يوجد حشرات . العفش قديم . المصعد صغير جداً . للوصول للغرفة تضطر الدخول الى اسياب ضيقة و درج ضيق

Pros:

Very friendly and generous. We arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning and they offered us free breakfast and gave us the room immediately. It was a very generous gift as we were very tired after long night flight

I definitely will not book this hotel in the future.
Pros:

Hotel is directly on a see side. Fortunately we had room with a see view, while on the other side there was noisy autobahn.

Cons:

Hotel is located between see side and autobahn.
Autobahn was very noisy and there was no way to come to water and swim (only rocks near hotel).
Toilet paper holder was broken and paper was placed in far corner of bathroom, on a shelf, which was VERY uncomfortable.
Quite poor breakfast.
Hotel view in the description was photoshoped: in reality next to the hotel was not a nice palm three, but ruined building!

Nice clean ocean view room , helpful staff even with the language barrier, front of hotel parking ,very good value

Cons:

Cold water , toilet seat broken , internet not very good other than that very good value
