An oasis of comfort and cleanliness after roughing it prior. Staff excellent, they went the extra mile. Stayed here twice. Food also excellent, a big menu. Breakfast superb. Thanks so much. 🚴‍♀️

In a town with varying degrees of accommodation, this was a fantastic find. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. We had an issue with the requirement for an additional bed for our room, for my daughter but this was rectified. They were very responsive with every request. Recommended.

Cons:

If I had to find a fault it would be that they did not have elevators in the building where we stayed, which can cause an issue if you are less able. Be sure to comment on this when you book to secure ground floor accommodation.

Great with some shortcomings
Pros:

The place was great! The staff was very kind and helpful to most requests from my family and I. We loved the live music on Saturday night, it added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The food was quite nice and the waiters are extremely attentive which was appreciated.

Cons:

One of the rooms was quite squeaky when making the slightest turns and the water pressure was low with limited hot water in the same room. Additionally the shower doors did not close all the way so there was quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor which is quite a fall risk. We requested additional towels to dry the floors and none were provided which was a bit frustrating.
