CIÒ CHE È ASSOLUTAMENTE DA MIGLIORARE:

Igiene carente: Ho trovato asciugamani macchiati nel bagno. Ho dovuto chiederne la sostituzione.

Pulizia inesistente: Sono stato due notti e la mia camera non è mai stata pulita.

Privacy zero (per le stanze piano terra): La mia stanza era al piano terra. Senza tende serrate, si è completamente in vetrina. È un difetto strutturale di quelle camere.

Servizio di housekeeping assente: I punti 1 e 2 insieme dipingono un quadro di gestione della pulizia molto trascurata.

CONCLUSIONE:
La struttura ha potenziale (spazi ottimi), ma manca totalmente nel servizio fondamentale della pulizia e della manutenzione della stanza. Paghi per una camera che, dopo il primo giorno, diventa progressivamente meno accogliente.
Consiglio: Verificate bene lo stato della stanza all'arrivo e pretendete espressamente il servizio di pulizia giornaliero.

The food was good and portion was large. The only gripe we have is the slow service - food takes ages to come especially if you have a large group of more than 5 people.
