Posizione fuori dal centro città, ma a pochi minuti di auto dal centro cittadino e dalla zona industriale.

Cons:

Da migliorare il design e la funzionalità del bagno.
Per i miei gusti un po' troppo soffuse le luci, sua in camera che in hotel (la sera).
Hotel sentito la mancanza di succhi di frutta nel buffet della colazione.

Pros:

Am avut o sedere placuta la acest hotel. Am avut o surpriza, un cocktail de bun venit din partea casei. Camere spatioase frumos amenajate. Pat confortabil. Mic dejun foarte bogat. Situat la intrarea in oras, este perfect pentru cei care sunt in tranzit spre locurile de vacanta. Locuri de parcare suficiente. Vom reveni cu siguranta.

Hallo zusammen! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und wunderschönen Gegend. Die Angestellten sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Massage und das türkische Bad wärmstens empfehlen. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hat mir gut gefallen.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt sowie das Meer

Cons:

Trotz Buchung eines Zimmers mit Garten- und Bergblick war keine entsprechende Aussicht vorhanden. Stattdessen befand sich direkt vor unserem Fenster, ca. 5 Meter entfernt, eine große Autogarage/Fabrik. Aufgrund der dort ständig arbeitenden Männer mussten wir die Vorhänge dauerhaft geschlossen halten, wodurch das Zimmer sehr düster wirkte und die Aussicht überhaupt nicht nutzbar war.

Das Zimmer war zudem schlecht isoliert und extrem kalt

Beim Frühstück wurde unser Tisch mehrmals abgeräumt, obwohl noch Essen auf den Tellern war und wir nur kurz aufgestanden sind um Kaffee zu holen. Fanden wir störend und unaufmerksam.

Ein weiterer Punkt war der Reinigungsservice: Trotz „Clean Room“-Schild wurde nach der Reinigung das Fenster offen gelassen. (Im tiefen Winter bei ungefähr 1 Grad) Als wir nachts zurückkamen, war das Zimmer eiskalt. Draussen war es trotz sehr starkem Wind gefühlt wärmer als in unserem Zimmer. Das war die unangenehmste Nacht unseres Aufenthalts.

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel absolut enttäuschend, vor allem in Anbetracht des hohen Preises. Sehr schade, da das Hotel eigentlich viel Potenzial hätte.

A Perfect Stay at AVEC Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at AVEC Hotel. Everything was impeccable from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The reception staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere right from the start.

The CARNE restaurant was a true surprise – excellent food, delicious dishes, and top-quality service.
The restaurant staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive, making every meal a pleasure.

The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, exactly what you need after a full day.

The spa area is superb: peaceful, modern, and perfect for relaxation.

I wholeheartedly recommend AVEC Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay with exceptional services. I will definitely return!

Comfortable private parking area, wonderful reception space, stylish front desk, and a friendly welcome. Comfortable and clean rooms with huge windows and a nice view. Breakfast buffet with quality options in a very beautiful area.
Another plus is the free room upgrade and the lovely decoration for our friends, whom I had informed had recently gotten married.🙏

Cons:

The only downside is that the rooms are old and, although they are well maintained, they fall short compared to more modern hotels. However, it offers good value for money.

Pros:

Отель вполне хороший, уютный, чистый. В нашем номере был большой балкон с чудесным видом на море и аэропорт. Есть парковка. Персонал очень дружелюбный, особенно на завтраке. Для проживания на 1 ночь вполне подойдет, если вы на машине.

Cons:

Ванная комната требует ремонта… вроде все рабочее, но унитаз кривоват и сильно изношен, в уголках ванной плесень в стыках…
На завтраках нет вообще никакой каши, нет фруктов совсем никаких, выпечка скудная, кофе из фильтра.
Отель расположен очень далеко от набережной.

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel right by the highway and just minutes from the Çanakkale Bridge. It turned out to be quite a hidden gem — especially for wine lovers. The hotel features a beautifully curated wine cellar with an excellent selection that you wouldn’t expect from a roadside stop. It’s truly something special.

One big plus: there’s an EV charger in the car park, which made things very convenient for us.

The service here is truly heartwarming. Every member of the staff — from the reception to the restaurant and even the café — was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. It’s rare to come across such consistently warm hospitality.

If we had to mention one small thing, it would be the room size. We stayed in a king room as a family of three, and while the space was a bit tight, It didn’t overshadow the overall experience, though. Everything else more than made up for it — and honestly, we still had a really great stay. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and it shows.

This hotel easily deserves more than five stars. Whether you’re passing through or looking for a peaceful wine escape, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Yakın zamanda bu otelde konakladık. Otel otoyolun hemen yanında, Çanakkale Köprüsü’ne ise sadece birkaç dakikalık mesafede. Dışarıdan bakıldığında sıradan gibi görünse de, özellikle şarap severler için adeta gizli bir hazine!

Oldukça özenle seçilmiş, geniş bir şarap mahzenleri var ve sunulan şaraplar gerçekten etkileyici. Yol üstü bir tesisten beklenmeyecek kadar iyi.

Artı puan: Otoparkta elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu bulunması bizim için büyük bir artıydı.

Hizmet kalitesi ise gerçekten içten ve etkileyici. Resepsiyondan restorana, kafeye kadar tüm personel inanılmaz nazik, yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Böyle tutarlı bir misafirperverlik nadiren görülür.

Belki küçük bir not olarak, oda biraz daha ferah olabilirdi. King odada 3 kişilik bir aile olarak kaldık ve alan biraz dardı.
