Мне с сыном очень понравился номер. Номер очень просторный, район тихий, спокойный. Весь персонал приветлив и отзывчив.
Pros:

Ресепшн, очень помогли с заселением. Мы чуть раньше приехали они были приветливы и сделали все возможное, чтобы наше заселение в номер прошло благополучно.

Cons:

Минусов не увидела. Все как в описании и фото представлены.

Le restaurant était fermé . Le parc aquatique très vétuste . Sauna et hammam ne fonctionnaient pas .. la salle de sport ferme . Obliger de demander une clé pour entrer et appareils non fonctionnels . Très déçu par cet établissement . Ne le recommande pas . Au vu du tarif , vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux à Samarcande

Pros:

Pokój hotelowy jest ogromny, w lokalnym stylu. Pracownicy są bardzo mili i pomocni. Śniadanie w formie bufetu z dużym wyborem produktów, w tym jogurt i owoce. Zakres usług jest duży - jest tam aquapark, baseny kryte (osobno dla kobiet i mężczyzn) i siłownia.

Cons:

Hotel jest mocno wysłużony i przydałby się remont. W aquaparku baseny są brudne i woda chyba nie jest wystarczająco chlorowana. Leniwa rzeka jest naprawdę leniwa bo filtry nie działają i nie ma prądu wodnego. Zjeżdżalnie działają na przemian i niegdy nie są włączone wszystkie naraz. W siłowni brakuje klimatyzacji.

Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bedding was fresh.

Cons:

The breakfast was good but when you come at around 9:30 you may not find enough. So you'll enjoy what leftovers. The hotel had atm but it did work. Though I paid with card but I had to pay for transport separately in cash. Therefore I had to find an atm for cash. Wasted my time and nervous while found a place to get cash.
The location is not good. Not much restaurants around. You have to take a taxi to go for lunch/dinner in you are not in all inclusive option in the hotel. Far from the center.

Our family had a wonderful stay here!
Pros:

The indoor pool was great. It is also located close by a big family mall ( 10 min walk). The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

we were disappointed that the water park was not open yet ( it was 35 degrees C, but it only opens in Summer). Also the cafe and restaurant were under construction- that was bad luck.
