Absolutely everything
Zentrale Lage.
Restaurant und Bar im Hotel vorhanden.
Die Größe des Zimmers war gut und alles sauber.
Das WLAN war leider kaputt. Der Ort ist recht klein und hat wenig zu bieten. Allerdings kann die Unterkunft da nichts für:)
Good breakfast
Checking in was a complete mess. Very poor organization. Checking in was 4 and didn't get checked into after 5 o clock. For people that were traveling, coming a long way. This doesn't suit. Little tip for the hotel, check people in at any time and take details etc etc. Tell them their number and when they room is ready all the have to do is come back to reception and tell them name and number of the room. Instead of checking everyone in at same time. I felt very sorry for the girls working at reception, as a lot of people i was talking to were very piss off.
Very friendly atmosphere with great music.The receptionist on duty was absolutely lovely and very helpful with a great personality . Definitely be back again
Staff were very ignorant and very unhelpful. Restaurant was freezing cold , warmer to sit outside. Requested a travel cot for baby but we had no cot in the room, when they arrived to room with the cot late at night they threw it on the floor and I had to assemble and dress it myself

Check in was very slow, a young blonde girl on reception very unfriendly and looked like she hated her job

I booked quiet twin room, was booked in to very small double, it was changed but to room over ballroom. Music stopped at 130pm. We weren't going to dance so was disappointing. I was talking to reception staff day before and again confirmed quiet twin. Pity
