The food at the quay west was lovely
Rooms were very hot and uncomfortable no air conditioning, no fans eso for two young children and pregnant women
The location was very good, the hotel, lobby, parking and the fact their was vending machines was handy!
The staff were friendly and the overall hotel was clean.
The room was a complete disappointment for the price we pain, very outdated! The furniture was old, the bed mattress was old, terrible thin pillows, I stayed for 2 nights with my daughter and didnt sleep at all. Ive come home in agony as I have fibromyalgia and suffer chronic neck and shoulder pain I could not get comfortable at all. The room was so bare! Its just looked so outdated and miserable and basically depressing, a basic double room WITHOUT breakfast cost me €282 for 2 nights with my 12 year old daughter, as a mother I was so disappointed!
I also booked a twin room for my friend under my name for her and her twins, there room was worse as they had an older outdated bathroom its was very old looking and she paid alot more than me!
Overall I was so disappointed for the kids as we had driven 3hrs and as 13 and 12 year olds are excited to stay in a hotel. Particularly my daughter as I have 2 Autistic sons so we dont get away much so this was a special Mother and Daughter break for us and she was utterly deflated by the room. She was sad it was so old she really expected it to be more modern and the bed even hurt her!
The Hotel is nice but although there is some updated rooms, I dont know how you seem to aquire these as I sent a message on the day we were due to arrive to the hotel asking would our rooms be close together etc and I received my reply....at 19.52 today! The day is checked out of the Hotel!!!!

Not 4* rooms. In 4* i expect a fridge, room safe, bottle of water, and biscuits. None of these were available. The Wi-Fi was useless. We couldn’t get to sleep on Saturday night because of the loud music until 1.30 am. We didn’t know we were staying in a nightclub.

Would prefer tea coffee served at breakfast table , quite easy to bump into people whilst carrying hot beverages .
Also peak holiday time but children a bit out of control around buffet earlier despite signage
Did not have dinner here as we found drinks were expensive 4 euros for a tango orange!! Staff were friendly and informative. Rooms were very spacious and plenty of natural light. Beds were comfortable would definitely stay here again
Check in time of 4.00 pm too late!!
