Punaise de lit insalubre, catastrophique
Cons:

À mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’ai trouvé le réceptionniste endormi sur un canapé. Malgré plusieurs tentatives, il a refusé de se réveiller. Ce n’est qu’avec l’aide d’un commerçant voisin que j’ai pu le faire réagir. Il m’a alors informée qu’il fallait attendre encore une heure, le temps qu’il termine son sommeil. J’ai donc patienté plus d’une heure à la réception avant de recevoir ma chambre.

Une fois à l’intérieur, j’ai découvert une pièce dans un état lamentable : très sale, humide, avec des matelas tachés et surtout infestée de punaises de lit. En le signalant, le réceptionniste a fait mine d’être surpris et m’a proposé une seconde chambre, malheureusement dans le même état. J’ai donc décidé de quitter immédiatement l’établissement.

L’hôtel a refusé de me rembourser, m’invitant à me tourner vers Booking. Ce dernier m’a proposé un remboursement partiel de 30 %, ce qui est totalement insuffisant vu les conditions. Il est choquant qu’un tel hôtel puisse encore figurer sur leur plateforme. Les photos sont trompeuses, rien ne correspond à la réalité. Je déconseille fortement d’y séjourner : c’est une véritable arnaque, aussi insalubre qu’irrespectueux.

I couldn’t stay at the hotel because they didn’t honor the booking and demanded more money on arrival — very disappointi
Cons:

When I arrived, they said there was a problem with the price and told me I had to pay €25 per night, even though I had already booked and paid €27 for both nights. They did not respect the Booking.com reservation, and I had to leave and find another hotel on the spot. The hotel did not offer any solution or apology, and Booking.com didn’t respond quickly enough to help. This was very stressful and unprofessional. Moreover the Hotel is very bad looking and no clean service
