Wenn nichts anderes verfügbar ist, ist es immerhin ein abgelebtes warmes Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage hat gepasst und es war kein Viertel in dem man Nachts nicht auf die Straße gehen möchte. Nette Lobby-Katze, Personal war freundlich und hat bei Fragen geholfen

Cons:

Teilweise nicht funktionierender Aufzug- die Türen gingen im Erdgeschoss nicht auf. Sehr abgelebtes Zimmer mit dreckigem und unebenen Teppichboden. Sehr kleines Bad und für etwas festere/ ältere Personen wäre das WC nicht verwendbar, weil es zu klein ist und schief hängt. Die Federkernmatratze war durchgelegen, es waren Motten im Zimmer, die Kastentür war kaputt, der Mini-Kühlschrank hat gestunken. In der großen Deckenlampe war nur 1 von 3 Glühbirnen, sämtliche andere Lampen haben auch nicht funktioniert/ geflackert. Dusche war dreckig und die Bodenleisten locker, "Regenwaldduschkopf" war nicht angeschlossen, Mischer war nicht dicht und tropfte. Schlüsselkarte hat teilweise nicht gesperrt, die Elektro-Verkleidung fehlte bei dem Schlüsselkartensteckplatz. Sehr hellhörige Wände, die Türen schlossen nicht dicht. Einige Randleisten fehlten.
Das Frühstück war alles andere als ein gutes Frühstück mit dem auf Booking geworben wurde. Die Auswahl war mäßig, es gab kein Wasser/ Säfte nur heißes chlorige Wasser für Löskaffee und Schwarztee. Auch wenn gerade Nebensaison ist und das Hotel nicht stark ausgelastet war, erwartet man sich etwas mehr Auswahl. Die Pommes und das Spiegelei/ Eierspeise waren zwar in Warmhaltegeschirr aber es war fast immer kalt (6 von 9 mal) und alt. Die Margarine war am ersten Tag ranzig. Der Raum war relativ kalt aber es gab freie Platzwahl und man konnte sich unter die wenigen Gasstrahler setzen.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel during a work trip to Laleli, Istanbul. The location is great if you’re here for business in the area—very central and convenient. The hotel is also quite clean, which is a plus for this neighborhood.

However, I did face a few issues during my stay. The room had a problem with the windows; they didn’t close properly, so a lot of wind was coming into the room, which made it uncomfortable at times. Also, the elevator (Aligator) wasn’t working on the ground floor, so I had to take it from the second floor, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage.

Overall, decent if you’re looking for a clean, well-located place for work, but there are definitely some maintenance issues that need attention.

Pros:

The lady in the front desk is very kind and friendly. I booked standard room but she gave me a bigger room. Also one guy, i forgot the name.

Cons:

There’s owner cat in the lobby. She lives there 😢. Though it never came up but stilllll i feel afraid if want to come back to hotel. The bed is so uncomfortable. And the toilet is leaking every where. Everytime you pee and shower, always leaking. So the toilet is always wet.

I wouldn’t mind to spend more on the other hotel
Pros:

The hotel location was really good. The receptionists were friendly.

Cons:

The staff in the cafe were unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. There were no smiles, no greetings, and no effort to provide a warm or courteous experience.
The hotel excessive electricity saving measures were ridiculous. The pathways were left too dark, even with sensor-activated lights. This is unsafe and impractical, as my wife and I nearly tripped several times.

Pros:

The staff were quite nice.

Cons:

I changed rooms twice.
In the first room, the heating and the television were not working. In the second room, the toilet was out of order. These changes were made late at night, around midnight. It was unpleasant, especially since I was with a child.

On another evening, the alarm on one of the doors malfunctioned. There was a terrible noise. I reported it to reception several times, and around 11:30 PM, the technician came to fix the door. Naturally, there was more noise during the repair.
