What an amazing stay at Willka Uta! We caught a boat to the south side of the island in the morning and walked the length of Isla del Sol and arrived here late afternoon for the night. Lovely hot shower, warm blankets, amazing food (must try the trout) in the restaurant downstairs and the family were so friendly. The views from the room are fantastic and another bonus is that the property is right next to the dock where the boats leave so it was very easy the following morning to return back to Copacabana! Definitely stay here, you won't be disappointed 😊

This guy is running a scam. He charges twice what others do, with high scores on Booking.com to make you think it's nice, when it's just average. He asked me to cancel on booking.com to avoid paying a fee to booking. There are only two rooms, with one floor under construction and a missing window pane on your way up to the room. The public bathroom for the restaurant has no soap (yuck, I wonder what the food prep workers do to keep poop out of the food), no toilet paper, and no running water to flush the toilet. Our bathroom had no shower curtain so I never used it because I didn't want a soaking wet floor. The internet is so slow as to not be helpful. It's like this guy charges a premium price, then cuts corners everywhere. He must be getting rich.

Chambre très agréable et très propre avec une terrasse face au port (douche chaude et wifi).
Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et discrets, et là quand nous avons eu besoin de leur aide.
Le restaurant de l'hébergement est idéal (nous y avons pris tous nos diner), et propose des sandwich à emporter.
Il faisait assez froid dans la chambre, mais la météo etait particulièrement mauvaise quand nous y étions.
Un lieu exceptionnel. Bien different de Yumani un peu trop touristique a notre goût. Le village vit essentiellement de l'agriculture et de l'elevage. L'hotel est parfait. Vie incroyable depuis notre chambre. Petit dej et diner excellents. La petite famille est très attachante.

Such a calm and lovely place. Willka Uta is located right by the pier. You have amazing lakeview and the North of the Island del Sol is beautiful. The family that runs the hotel is super nice, they went the extra mile. Great breakfast, the rooms are pretty, hot water in shower, comfy bed. Sincere recommendation, we had a great time!
We loved our stay here! The island is beautiful, and the hotel is the perfect place to stay just for a few nights, chill, walk around, and just enjoy the quiet. The family owning the hotel is really nice and the food in their restaurant is delicious, even though very simple. Would definitely stay again/ recommend.
The property is pretty simple and there is not always hot water, tough not too bad, just a bit hard when you shower at night and it is already freezing outside.
Adequate. Breakfast was nice but can't accommodate for gluten free.
Very basic. No hooks to hang things even in the bathroom. I asked for information about the island or a map and the host told me to go buy one at the store and didn't provide any help. When I got to my room the host took one of the towels away since I was alone (but I paid for the whole room).

The people working here are very nice and pretty much everything was better than expected. We would most surely come back here if we get the chance to do so. You can see all we saw if you go to the Karlmark International channel on youtube and look for the playlist for Bolivia. Breakfast was nice and very attentive. This is the only place in Bolivia where we got fresh bread, and we loved it. Just ask if you're missing something. View from the hotel is great and the room we had was surprisingly well maintained. The hot shower was very nice after a long day. The owners were also very helpful both before and after our stay here.
We would have liked to stay longer here, so we didn't like that we couldn't afford the time to do so.
This hostel is family owned and is in the middle of a small community. The room is simple and the bed was very comfortable. You get this spectacular view from the lake. The breakfast is delicious 😋 and the staff treats you like family. They want to ensure that your stay is unforgettable. This sacred island is peaceful and tranquil - perfect to ground after some crazy travels!
We had a nice room with a beautiful view over Lake Titicaca. Breakfast and dinner are very good.
And the family who runs the hotel is very nice and friendly.
