Relax nel posto giusto

Struttura gestita molto bene perché si vede e si percepisce che c’è un’anima familiare con persone che sanno cosa significhi ospitare. Colazione ottima, collaboratori molto gentili e premurosi. Mi sono sentito come a casa

Všechno, naprosto úžasný apartmán s výhledem na jezero. Podle rezervace jsme čekali boční balkon a jiné vybavení. To co jsme dostali, neskutečné. Opravdu nádhera, celý komplex 🥰🥰

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick.
Gute Busverbindung, Tiefgarage.
Malcesine gut per Promenade in ca 30-40 Min. fußläufig oder in 10-15 Minuten Radfahren erreichbar. Hoteleigenen Steg und kleiner Strand mit Liegen und Sessel, sowie die Seepromenade direkt vor dem Haus. Man braucht nur die Straße über Zebrastreifen zu überqueren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche im Apartment etwas zu mager.

Možnosť parkovania zdarma v podzemnej garáži.
Možnosť zdarma si zapožičať hotelové bicykle.
Hotelové mólo na jazere.

Cons:

Dostali sme nižšiu kategóriu izby ako sme si objednali. Na požiadanie nám však bola izba vymenená. Izba extrémne zapáchala po cigaretách a nefungoval na nej el. zámok na dverách. Hotel by si zaslúžil väčši refresh..

Alles bis auf Strand war perfekt. Frühstück, Quartier, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer,
Garage etc.

Cons:

Als wir am Strand unten am See um Liegen gebeten haben (diese waren versperrt) war der MA sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Auch die Liegefläche hat einiges zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Überall Nadeln von den Bäumen oder Erde. Keine Wiese ..sehr schade. Am Pool war es sehr schön, aber deswegen komme ich nicht zum Gardasee, dieses habe ich auch zu Hause. Leider war auch der Verkehr unmittelbar hinter uns und wir konnten unser einiges Wort nicht verstehen. Eine grüne "Wand" oder kleine Steinmauer würde da vielleicht schon helfen. Der Strand war leider lieblos, ungepflegt und nicht gerade zum Verweilen gedacht.
