Italienische Gastfreundschaft

Das Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Ortskern und wird von einem sehr hilfsbereiten Paar geführt. So rief mich etwa die Gastgeberin um die Mittagszeit an, ob ich denn meine Ankunftszeit schon wisse, denn die Rezeption wäre nicht durchgehend besetzt. Tatsächlich kam ihr Mann dann eine halbe Stunde vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit, um mich einzulassen. Man kennt seinen Ort, hilft mit Tipps und Empfehlungen und ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Mein Zimmer ging nach hinten hinaus, sodass ich es absolut ruhig hatte. Für mein Rad gab es einen sicheren Abstellplatz im Depot neben der Rezeption. Frühstücken konnte ich auf einem kleinen Balkon mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Hügelketten.

For a short stay good

Sicuramente da migliorare
Pros:

La struttura è vicinissima al centro storico raggiungibile in 5 minuti di passeggiata ed ha un comodo parcheggio che, sebbene con pochi posti, offre il confort di lasciare i bagagli in struttura e ritirarli in tranquillità. Noi siamo arrivati un po' prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in e, in attesa dell'apertura della reception, abbiamo potuto lasciare l'auto comodamente parcheggiata. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e il titolare si è messo a disposizione omaggiandoci anche di bottiglietta d'acqua dato il caldo eccezionale dei giorni scorsi. Inoltre da valutare positivamente la disponibilità della colazione che, sebbene poco varia, permette almeno di bere un caffè/un cappuccino e mangiare un cornetto caldo.

Cons:

Sicuramente è da migliorare la pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni (oggetti polverosi o sbiaditi dal tempo che potrebbero essere tranquillamente sostituiti con oggetti nuovi anche a basso costo). Abbiamo fatto presente della cosa alla titolare dopo aver pagato in modo che non potesse pensare che le osservazioni fossero state fatte per altri motivi. L'hotel, anche se piccolino, potrebbe offrire molto di più in termini di qualità e confort perchè ha il privilegio di essere una delle poche strutture presenti vicinissime al centro. La nostra camera aveva molti difetti: ragnatele sulle pareti, macchie di umidità nel bagno che si possono coprire con una pennellata di bianco in 10 minuti, box doccia vecchio/usurato, tapparella rotta, tende macchiate/sporche. Insomma, siamo tipi spartani e il letto comodo con lenzuola pulite ci è stato sufficiente soprattutto perchè siamo stati molto tempo fuori, ma non si può dire che la camera fosse convenzionalmente confortevole.
