De dames in het restaurant waren uitermate vriendelijk

Cons:

Bij inchecken wordt medegedeeld dat er de volgende dag tussen 08:00 en 16:00u geen water is! Niet even tevoren de gasten verwittigen? Na lang aandringen kreeg ik een glas wijn/bier als tegemoetkoming. Dit moeten ze in dergelijke situaties direct aanbieden. Ze bleven zich schuilhouden achter het feit dat “zij” er niets aan konden doen. Ook werkte de koffie machine (net nieuw schijnbaar) ook niet. Al met al snappen ze bij dit hotel niet hoe je gasten tevreden moeten houden.

Insgesamt gutes Ergebnis. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Nähe zu Flughafen und gleichwohl ruhig
Zimmer einfach aber zweckmässig; es hat alles was es braucht (inkl. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett)
Die Betten sind bequem
Preis für Zimmer absolut korrekt

Cons:

Frühstück scheint reichhaltig zu sein, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aber nicht. CHF 32.00 pro Person ist zu teuer und wir haben verzichtet. Im Flughafen gefrühstückt.

Great hotel
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff and very informative

Cons:

Hotel rooms did not have USB sockets to power up mobile phone. My EU adapter is different from Swiss power sockets and did not fir. Luckily I had a powerbank fully charged

Terrible avoid and stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Location, nothing else. Not recommended. Food in bar was OK.

Cons:

Very very poor staff. I’ve never seen 3 receptionists take so long at checkin (40 mins). At checkout no staff at reception took 10 minutes walking around calling staff, eventually had to ask someone from the restaurant. 5 attempts / requests for them to be able to deliver my invoice. As someone that makes around 15+ stays a year, this is by far the worst service I have experienced in a major brand hotel. Will not be staying again and do not recommend to other travellers.

A lovely place to stay in preparation for an early flight the next day.
Pros:

The shuttle was quick, frequent and easy to find. The bed was firm and very comfortable. A problem with the bathroom was fixed quickly and quietly. The restaurant and restaurant staff were pleasant, and the fondue was excellent!

Cons:

Breakfast could start a half hour earlier for those of us with early flights.

Convenient to airport and a great shuttle, but light on amenities and room not well appointed.

Close to airport and shuttle was very convenient.

Cons:

Food choices were limited. No place to get a snack other than room service. Beds were uncomfortable. Lighting in room was very poor and bathroom was outdated.

Pros:

The location was great, just 7 minutes from the airport. We really appreciated the free shuttle which was very easy to access. The staff was especially helpful in providing day tour information.
