A fine place to stay at a reasonable price
Pros:

Hosts were responsive and made an effort to help us with parking, which isn't standardly provided.

Cons:

Could hear people walking upstairs a bit. Room lighting was hard to find on arrival: table lamp was unplugged, and switch for overhead lights was outside the room!?

This is a shared house. Lovely common rooms - kitchen, dining room, laundry. Each bedroom door locks.

Nice, Cozy & Comfortable
Pros:

Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The bedroom was not fancy and a little small-ish, but nonetheless was quite comfortable. The sleeping room and bathroom were both very clean and well-maintained, as was the entire rest of the house. I liked the plastic-wrapped toothbrushes and little toothpaste tubes - a nice added touch. The common kitchen/dining area was outstanding, with virtually everything needed for cooking and dining - full-sized refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, full-sized range, plates, cups/glasses, flatware, spoons, spatulas, dining table and chairs etc. I didn't use the common "TV" room but it looked very comfortable and well-appointed. All in all, a very pleasant two nights.

Cons:

My code to the front door very rarely (never?) worked the first time I would try it, giving me a somewhat uneasy feeling each time that I wasn't going to be able to get into the house. But after some persistence and more tries, the door eventually always opened. Conversely, the code to my bedroom worked first-time, every-time.

Pros:

Very nice rooms, great service
I accidentally booked for one day less and was able to fix it with a quick phone call.

Cons:

Lock on my door didn’t work, and the area at the next bus stop is a bit scary
