Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr neu und gepflegt.Fabio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vielen dank an Fabio

Cons:

Morgen Buffet war sehr einfarbig und schlicht nicht wechselhaft schade für den preis den man bezahlt. Passt nich zu so einem Hotel

Wonderful exclusive feeling stay yet close to the bustle of town
Pros:

Lovely clean, modern rooms. Welcoming and kind staff. The pool was perfect and never had to fight for a spot. Close to many beaches for which you pay a small price for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella. Breakfast was generous and lovely.

Very close to the more bustling town for drinks/dinner but the hotel felt very exclusive and quiet. Perfect for the end to our romantic holiday.

Cons:

Pool bar was never open, and no menu for drinks/food by the pool.

Neue Gebäude, sauber.

Cons:

Sehr weit von gute Strand ca.2km zu Fuss, sehr weit von alles. Preise ist sehr hoch wir haben 900.- Euro für 2 Personen für 3 Nächte bezahlt das ist viele zu viele für dieses Hotel muss man laufen für alles keine gute Strand und keine private Strand.

L’établissement étais super de A à Z! Tout étais parfait que ce soit niveau propreté, personnel, équipements. Je vous le conseil car vraiment ça va faire en sorte que vous passiez un bon séjour à Ksamil. Je recommande à 100%.

Kedves, udvarias és segítőkész személyzet. A szálloda parkja és medencéje szuper, a reggeli pedig kifogástalan!

Cons:

A hütőszekrény lehetne egy kicsit nagyobb!

Best hotel in the area by a mile
Pros:

This hotel was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, very beautiful, clean and calming. Stands out in the area as the best by a mile. The walk into the centre isn't far and you can walk along the beaches which is pretty, much nicer place to stay rather than those central hotels which I wouldn't recommend as Ksamil is a little cramped and loud at night so the fact this hotel was that little bit further out in its own space was lovely. The staff were all so friendly, Fabio on reception was so kind and chatted to us the whole holiday as well as helping us at the end of our stay with flight problems. Our room was gorgeous and very clean, all the towels and sheets smelt so fresh the entire holiday as the rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall such a gem of a hotel, if your looking to stay in Ksamil, stay here.

Cons:

The only negative, which wasn't even a massive problem for us, was the breakfast which is maybe slightly limited for us brits. But the area you eat is beautiful so it wasn't a massive bother for us.

Sehr schöne Suite mit Meerblick mit ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Wir haben als Paar die Suite gebucht: sehr schönes modernes Zimmer und Bad genau wie auf den Bildern, gemütliches Bett, nettes Personal und schöner Pool.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage - für den Preis wäre das wirklich ein Muss. TV ist viel zu weit weg vom Bett, das macht wenig Sinn, weil wenn will man denke ich vom Bett aus Netflix schauen, was so nicht möglich ist. Room Service da wir krank waren, gab es nur nach argumentieren von mir wie wir denn sonst was essen sollten, ich finde für knapp 300€/Nacht sollte es schon einen Room Service geben. Wenn sich das Hotel das Feedback zu Herzen nimmt würde ich aber definitiv wieder kommen!
