Solid stay in a new hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights at the start of September. It’s a newly opened boutique hotel with around 30 rooms. As a family we booked a quad room which was nice enough, with a reasonable amount of space. I wouldn’t call it luxurious but it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a nice pool setup, with a few loungers scattered around plus some bean bags and other chairs. There is a public beach across the road with free loungers (rare in Ksamil), but it’s a rocky beach and there are far better ones around, albeit only if you pay for access through a beach club.

Breakfast seemed to be included for all guests and it was a decent spread of hot and cold items. The included coffee machine was terrible but you could pay 300 lek (£3) for a barista coffee which was more acceptable.

The location is not too central, it’s about a 20-25 min walk to the centre of Ksamil or a 7-8 min taxi (for a pricey 1,500 lek / £15).

The staff were super friendly and being a smaller hotel they all become familiar faces within our 3 day stay. Overall a positive experience, with the only real downside being the location given we did see numerous other hotels located right in the centre (although I’m sure they were priced accordingly!)

Lovely relaxing time
Pros:

Quieter end of the resort, with nice beach and lovely garden area around pool.

Cons:

All day music playing was not needed and a bit too loud. The early morning birds and other nature was enjoyable until the music started.

Peaceful place and Helpful Staff
Pros:

The staff- Andrà and Fabio we’re just amazing! From the time we arrived till when we left, they privided help and a willing chat with such genuiness.
The room had a balcony with a great view of the beach.
This was the perfect place to stay in Ksamil away from the bustle but only a short distanze from it all.

Great small clean hotel with great staff

Nice clean modern hotel, quite and away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and party areas Amazing attentive staff, well maintained and very good quality food at the hotel Restaurant. Would definitely return

Cons:

Hotel does not have a beach you have to cross the road to a public pebbled beach which is stoned so have to be careful.
Hotel is also just as you enter Ksamil about 25 min walk to main central area where restaurants are located.

Pros:

Очень приятно, что нам повысили категорию номера, вид был шикарный, номер чистый и просторный. Персонал, особенно молодой человек , который нас встретил был очень приветлив и отзывчив. Отдельно хочу отметить завтрак, мы были в разных отелях Албании (4,5 звезд), здесь просто ВАУ, выше всех похвал .

Pros:

Superbe hôtel à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Il y a quelques beach clubs à proximité à des prix très avantageux pour profiter la journée loin de l’agitation du centre de ksamil. Le petit déjeuner était composé de produits frais sucrés et salés. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Warto wybrać ten hotel!
Pros:

Bardzo przyjazny obiekt, pokoje przestronne, przepyszne śniadanie. Lokalizacja na uboczu miasta, blisko drogi. Niestety dość drogie drinki.

Cons:

Brakowało nam prywatnej plaży, choć można było skorzystać z bezpłatnego serwisu miejskiego.
