Worst experience. I was travelling with my family and reached the stay before 12. The owner was very rude and we were not allowed to check in. The website clearly mentioned there is no need for the advance payment but we were not allowed to stay there as the owner says we were suppose to pay the amount in advice. No contact number were provided to call neither in the booking website nor in google. So please stay away from the scam.
The Manager of the property did not allow us stay even though our booking was confirmed. In this regard we lodged a complaint in Kerala Tourism Board and our next move will be consumer forum
The rooms are neat.
But the booking .com and the property cheated us.The distance from the property to munnar town is 32 kms but in your discription it was 14.5 kms and there was not a kitchen facility. Total wate of money,more than that waste of our precious time.
Nothing much.
The place was nothing like the pictures. The small beds and lack of proper facilities left us uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the receptionist and house staff were visibly drunk when we arrived. Extremely disappointing experience.

On booking.com it shows "paying on property",but the management of Mountain view cottage charged 25%of total charge (INR 1500) as advance.but I didn't stay there because of the Bad behaviour of the owner who guided me for the location of the stay and the unprofessional way.
I need my money back as they are cheating customers.
The view was very nice, but the room was not satisfy and the beds also not comfortable as shown in the picture and the most important thing is there is no more shops like hotel, medical are around 2km and the way to the hotel was too slopy to drive.
Room management was good.
Food arrangement was not good
