Tiene habitaciones amplísimas, y muy silenciosas, las camas muy cómodas. El personal extremadamente atento amable y proactivo, hacen todo lo que está en sus manos para que la estancia sea agradable y las experiencias se vivan al máximo. La alberca merece mencionar aparte, tiene unas vistas espectaculares y los atardeceres se gozan al máximo, más después de caminar todo el día visitando los parques

The breakfast buffet was great, good mix of foods, dinner in the evening was nice too. The rooms were clean and well equipped with toiletries etc. The pool and pool bar area were beautiful and we had some nice cocktails made. The dog is very lovely. Lily was most helpful at planning our various excursions to the national park (middle gate entrance is only 10mins walk away down the hill), Grand Canyon, and Tianmen mountain. She was very active on WeChat for any of our needs. We would stay here again!

El personal del alojamiento nos hizo sentir como en casa. Vinieron a recogernos al aeropuerto (aprox. 45min de trayecto) y llegamos al alojamiento pasada la medianoche, donde Nick nos atendió sin mirar el reloj. Nos organizó y explicó la ruta completa que debíamos seguir al día siguiente así como lo hizo también el resto de los días de nuestra estancia. Desde el alojamiento nos compraron las entradas al Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie, está a pocos minutos andando de la Middle Gate. Repetiríamos sin duda, alojamiento que aconsejaremos a nuestros conocidos.

Хозяин отеля создал атмосферу настоящего семейного гостеприимства. Для большой компании из 23 человек организация поездки была безупречной: нас встретили прямо в аэропорту, избавив от необходимости искать транспорт с багажом и детьми. Вся логистика внутри региона — трансферы к разным входам в парк, помощь с билетами и навигацией — была полностью взята на себя принимающей стороной. Хозяин учел абсолютно все пожелания группы такого масштаба, что позволило взрослым отдыхать, а не заниматься организационными вопросами.
Размещение превзошло ожидания. Номера просторные, идеально чистые, оформлены в современном стиле с использованием натурального дерева. Кровати удобные, постельное белье свежее. Но главное достоинство — это панорамное остекление. Вид из номеров действительно потрясающий.

Ресторан при отеле стал отдельным открытием. После целого дня ходьбы по подвесным мостам и стеклянным тропам возвращаться сюда было настоящим удовольствием. Еда вкусная, порции большие. Персонал заранее учитывал предпочтения большой компании, благодаря чему подача блюд была быстрой и организованной.

Anche la ristorazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa, cibo ottimo!

Very cozy facilities and incredibly welcoming service. The staff explained everything we needed to know for visiting the parks the following day and even provided us with some medicine for a cold. The restaurant was excellent—we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. Everyone on the team was extremely kind and helpful, and Nick in particular went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed.

Very peaceful and beautiful hotel . The views from my room window were breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We felt right at home. 💯 recommend.

Excepcional, cerca de la puerta del parque. Nos ayudaron en todo ,nos explicaron como hacer las rutas , nos tramitaron las entradas y nos recogieron y nos llevaron a la estación. Las instalaciones increibles y las habitaciones enormes muy bien decoradas y super limpias. Un diez de hotel con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable.

Het is een heel gezellig klein hotel. Het hele personeel is super behulpzaam. Ze hebben alles voor ons geboekt en geregeld, zo fijn! Niks was hun te veel.
De ligging is heerlijk! Zeker na een dag in de drukke parken kom je tot rust met een lekker drankje bij het zwembad. Ontbijt en avondeten zijn prima in het hotel. In 15 min met de taxi ben je in Wulingyuan, een gezellige stad met veel winkels en restaurants.
