Very helpful with planning your days out, provides maps which helped significantly

The hotel is located in the village, 10-15 minutes walk from the Middle Gate, which is the less crowded Gate and the closest one to the Bailong elevator. Be aware that the village is quiet and if you want some attractions, you have to go by taxi (but after overcrowded Chinese cities we really enjoyed a quiet peaceful village).
The staff is super friendly, Cici is the best host ever - helped us to make routes depending on crowds and weather conditions, gave us a million useful advises and I have never met such a nice receptionist ever.
The breakfast is limited, but you can find something.
We had a beautiful terrace with the mountain view, it is a pity the weather was not good enough to enjoy it.

This is a lovely place to stay and only a few minutes walk to one of the gates to the park. The staff is so helpful and well put together plans to see all 3 attractions in the area and help purchase the tickets. Walking down the road in the evening is beautiful. Breakfast is good. It was very easy to get Didis to go the Tianmen Mountain and to the Grand Canyon. I would stay here again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the national park. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they were connected to us even before arrival and helped us arrange all our sightseeing trips. They made our trip worthwhile. Highly recommended!

The accommodation has a very family-oriented, homely atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting us with organising three days of tours, providing excellent recommendations and making the whole process easy and stress-free. They helped set up a WeChat group that we could use to communicate with them and they were always very quick to respond.

We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which was absolutely delicious.

I loved how close the hotel was to the main gate. The rooms were spotless, the views were breathtaking, and the staff made the whole experience even better.

Hotellet lå rigtig godt tæt på indgang til nationalparken. De ansatte på hotellet var også super venlige og tog sig tid til at vejlede omkring ruter man kunne gå i parken.

The hotel has lots of great facilities - outdoor pool, cafe, restaurant, cosy seating area with fireplace and a pool and ping pong table.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a lovely view over the mountains.
The staff went above and beyond, very friendly and helpful, although not all spoke good English, they were keen to help, and used translating apps when needed. They kindly arranged for a taxi to drop us at the train station when we left. We wanted to buy some tea to take home and they made many different teas for us to try and explained about each one, which was lovely.
The restaurant has both Chinese and some basic western options - pizza, pasta etc. It was nice to have the option of eating in when we’d had a long day out. It was a little more expensive than local restaurants but cheaper than other western restaurants we went to in China.
Breakfast was also good, with both Chinese and western options.
Note there is no lift, but staff kindly helped with carrying luggage.

We had an amazing stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Will was very helpful and created a whole two day itinerary for us. I highly recommend the hotel.

Недавно остановились в этом бутик-отеле в горах и остались в полном восторге. Это невероятно красивое и атмосферное место с потрясающими видами вокруг. Интерьер просто космос — всё очень стильное, аккуратное и продумано до мелочей. Честно, этот отель вообще не похож на типичный китайский отель. Скорее создаётся ощущение дорогого европейского бутик-отеля уровня лучших отелей Лондона.

Отдельно хочется отметить расположение — горы, тишина, свежий воздух и невероятная атмосфера полного отдыха и уединения. Рай для интровертов. Здесь действительно можно перезагрузиться и насладиться природой.

В лаунж-зоне есть настоящий функционирующий камин, и это вообще отдельная любовь. Вечером там создаётся очень уютный, тёплый и расслабляющий вайб — хочется просто сидеть, отдыхать и наслаждаться атмосферой.

Персонал просто замечательный — очень приветливые, внимательные и профессиональные люди. Любые вопросы и просьбы решались моментально. Нам помогли организовать тур, нашли отличного гида, и всё работало чётко как часы.

Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто хочет получить не просто ночёвку, а настоящий красивый опыт и атмосферу. Очень классное место, куда хочется вернуться снова.

Sehr freundliches Personal, es wirkt sehr familiär. Sie haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft Routen für den National Park vorgeschlagen und uns ticket ein ticket für das middle gate gebucht. Der großteil des personals kann solides englisch. Ich kann es sehr weiterempfehlen.

The hotel has excellent staff and the location is fantastic, just a 10 minute walk from the gate to the park. I also loved that they had a free laundry service. We also loved the free pick up service!

Zhangjiajie is echt schitterend. Will heeft ons heel goed geholpen om een goed plan te maken want er is ontzettend veel te zien en te doen. Ook het andere personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamers zijn ruim en de bedden liggen lekker.
