Pandora's Hilltop House Resort

Отель находится в очень тихом уединенном месте, достаточно далеко от центра. Добраться до отеля можно только на такси. Но в этом и прелесть отеля для тех кто хочет отдохнуть от городского шума. Зато отель находится в пешей доступности от входа в национальный парк. А это собственно и есть то, зачем стоит ехать в Чжанцзяцзе. Кроме того отель обеспечивает бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. Встречают с табличкой и привозят в отель. Хочется отметить блестящую работу персонала. Помогают во всем. Нам купили билет на поезд до Чанши, билеты в пещеру Хуанлонг, на гору Тианмен, в национальный парк Чжанцзяцзе. Помогли с обменом долларов на юани, вызывали такси. Особенно помог Ник (Nick). Благодаря его помощи во всем и организации экскурсионной программы наше пребывание в Чжанцзяцзе было великолепным. При отеле есть ресторан. Работает "до последнего клиента". Качество блюд хорошее. Дамплинги вкусные, нудли вкусные, совсем не переперченые, есть вилки и ножи. Фотографии номеров и отеля соответствуют действительности. Климат контроль работал хорошо. В отеле тихо, уютно, комфортно. Завтрак хороший, можно заказать что хочешь из списка. Потрясающие виды на горы. Отель однозначно может быть рекомендован!

A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super modern, comfy rooms, with a great view. Helpful, friendly staff. Our thanks in particular to Nick, who was so patient in advising us on outings and booking tickets. Good breakfast and dinner too. Would highly recommend!

The staff including Nick were wonderfully helpful. The accommodations were nice and the restaurant food was good! The hotel is located a quick walk to Zhangjiajie park. We had a great time there and would recommend!

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with the national park tickets and mapping the route. One of the gates to the national park is less than 1 km away from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and had a very warm vibe. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely spacious room. The views were stunning, the facilities (swimming pool, lounge room(s) with a fireplace, pool table and access to laundry services) were great. The breakfast spread was vast and the dinner options were delicious. The highlight was that it’s only a short walk from the middle gate to the Zhangjiajie park, and staff went above and beyond to help with planning an itinerary, book tickets and also a complementary airport transfer.

The view of the resort n my room was amazing, very peaceful. The design of the place was very beautiful too. People there were very friendly, kind and helpful, especially Peter and Will. Highly recommend this place

We had such a lovely stay at Hilltop House Resorts. Will was very helpful throughout our stay - he helped plan our route around the park which can be confusing and organised tickets for us. The location is beautiful and very close to the park.

Outstanding views. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the breakfast spread is next level. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, and were able to book all our activities through them directly which made our trip that much smoother

Very close to middle gate of Zhangijajie National Park (10 minutes walk), the host Will is an exceptionally empathic guide who arranged not only the best ticket package for zhangijajie but also for Tianman mountain and Grand Canyon. For the first 2 days he provided us with a detailed map with explanation which routes to take. This was extremely helpful and we really were able to see and do everything in 3,5 packed days. Location, friendly people, outstanding place and very helpful employees.

This place was perfect! The location is excellent, 10 min walk from one of the park gates. Will is a fantastic hotel manager, he helps you to organise the tours and make your itinerary, nothing is too big or small for him to help you with. The hotel is super clean, the room was very spacious and the huge bathtub was my favorite! Would definately recommend this place!!

Willing staff will do anything you ask and the rooms are very comfortable. Mia made contact a couple of days before on wechat and really went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Beds are great and rooms spacious. The bar room next to the pool had a fire going every night and was a great spot to relax. Dinner very reasonably priced and an easy option instead of venturing out. Ability to wash for free was great advantage in our long trip. Location is great as well and it was great being out of the city. It was quiet and peaceful at night. Teenage kids really enjoyed the pool table downstairs.

Fijne host (Will) die onze tour guide heeft geregeld en ook de tickets naar het park en ook voor vervoer van en naar vliegveld heeft gezorgd.
Bedden sliepen prima. Fijne rustige omgeving.

Great hotel!

Хороший не большой отель, чисто, хорошее постельное белье, не жесткие матрасы, удобные подушки, дорогой и хороший запах шампуня, кондиционера. Хороший напор воды в душе, не воняет канализацией, номер не прокурен, есть халаты и тапочки. Очень приветливый персонал, постоянно помогали нам, покупали билеты в парк, решали вопросы с такси. На завтраки для меня есть было нечего, мне отдельно делали салат с помидорами и огурцами.

Great location, easy walking distance from park entrance. Will and all the staff were really helpful and friendly - helped us buy park tickets and gave lots of advice on how to see the best sights. Lovely room and good facilities.

I cannot express this enough, stay here!!! I arrived a solo female traveller from the UK, and Will personally sorted all my tickets for the different parks, and planned my itinerary. I felt so cared and looked after. The location is great, literally walk down the road to little shops and small restaurants.
