if can, recommend for owner to place some 3-in-1 instant coffee/tea with some biscuits, wud be great

the homestay is just a milestone from the Lake Garden. Very accessible. the room that we booked is spacious with many power plugs and USB slots to use. the air from the aircond is clean eventho it looks quite old. overall, the property is well kept and maintained with all the necessary facilities and needs provided including washing machines. awesome!! Definitely will stay here again if we travel to Taiping.

Cons:

some tenants (foreigners) are selfish and arrogant. didnt wash the utensils used and left dirty in the washing sink.
arrogant tenant/s refused to open the doors after multiple times of knocking and calling, until another family helped to open the door for us.

Overall, it’s quite an easy and chill bungalow homestay great if you’re planning for a short rest or overnight stay. The location is convenient, right in Taiping town and within walking distance to the Taiping Museum. Wi-Fi and a water filter are also provided, which is a nice touch.

Cons:

One thing to take note of (or for the owner to remind guests) is to always keep the main door locked. I noticed the main glass entry door didn’t have a proper lock, which felt a bit insecure.

Everything was great! The price was really cheap — at first, I even suspected it might be a scam because the place looked so luxurious but the price was so reasonable. The house was very clean, and even the public area like living room had air conditioning. There was also free Wi-Fi, a water dispenser, a bathtub, and more.

Although there were other tenants in the house, everyone stayed quietly in their own rooms without disturbing each other. The staff replied to messages very quickly — almost instantly. If I come to Taiping again, I’ll definitely consider staying here first. The location was also excellent, close to the zoo, and there’s a large police station nearby, which makes the area feel very safe.

Rumah ni besar, kalau korg stay 2-3 org je n takde penghuni lain, so agak seram ye..

1st sekali, waktu cek in pukul 3 kan. kenapa owner tak wasap terus bgthu cara cek in bila da pukul 3??? customer tunggu,dan customer pulak yg kena wasap owner tnya cara cek in padahal time tu da pukul 4PM..

masuk bilik, dah bau rokok. bdan da penat malas nk komplen. aircond tlg service, mmg tak rasa langsung aircond. nasib la ade kipas.

Walking to dataran or nearby center market not so far.

Pros:

Servis terbaik, staff mesra and lokasi yang berdekatan dengan semua tarikan di Taiping. Self check in dan self check out yang mudah diikuti. Bilik selesa dan lengkap.
