Fab hotel and excellent customer service on behalf of staff.
Pros:

The hotel ambience and the staff were excellent. Due to some reason we had to leave before time, during the wee hours of the morning. They packed us two bags of a sumptuous breakfast and take away coffee at 4am. Greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness and kindness.

Pros:

We stayed here for 4nights. Everything was perfect. Special mention for their staff, each of who went out of their way for us. Abhishek at F& B, Ajita & Larry at the front desk. Thanks for everything

A fantastic place to stay in Shillong hands down. Nothing comes close
Pros:

The breakfast spread was amazing. To add to it, the staff is very courteous, helpful and super polite. A must visit place in Shillong for a meal even if you are not staying at the property.

the best stay anyone could dream about this place.
Pros:

The most which was best part was that never felt like staying in Hotel, overall every thing was taken care to the perfection. Thanks to the staff and the Management for the lovely experience.
