The listing advises that there is a fully stocked fridge for guests in the kitchen, what isn't clear is that is an additional charge for these items, they are not included.
The listing was not clear that the restaurant is actually at the owners hotel which is a short drive away and that you have to drive to the hotel to check out and pay.
There is no kettle available to guests.
Sadly I was woken at 3 am by the person residing upstairs watering the outside plants with a hose. This included watering first floor plants from the ground floor and the falling water splashing on the ground and running down my windows was very noisy. My windows were open because it was very hot.

Check in said 3pm but we were told over the phone when we called to say we had arrived that it was at 5pm, the owner did arrived half an hour later though.

Also a shame the plunge pool was not in use due to chemical cleaning, it was the main reason we booked it as it was a hot day.

We had a superior double room. We travelled around Europe for 19 days and compared it to other many accommodations we had. Nothing was "superior" as it was a small double room. It was very clean, but the drains smell was awful. It spread from the bathroom into the room so my wife slept with the duvet over her head to block it. The sink in the front/reception at the mini bar was blocked and smelly too. The owner told us not to use the water there. It was late when we arrived so we could not do anything about it as it was not easy to communicate with anyone. Most unpleasant experience. Wonder if people wanted to use the advertised pool?? It was in residential area with not much around unless you drove somewhere. Breakfast was served in another hotel where you had to drive and park in a tight uneven car park. So we had to rush in the morning to check out by 9am in order to go to the other hotel to have breakfast served by 10am. Breakfast was exceptional so shame about other stuff. Would not stay there again. The only place where we felt like that. Overpriced for what it was. Should have requested discount for all the trouble.
