Pros:

Hotel très propre, bien placé, personnel super sympa et au petit soins de ces clients. Je recommande cet hotel pour les séjours a oman. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

A nice stay
Pros:

Location is really good, very close to many food shops, pharmacies, dry clean and a supermarket is right infront of it.
Staff is really helpful, in particular an Egyptian staff member named Ashraf. They were very welcomig and would follow up if we needed to clean the room but the room is only cleaned upon request.
Over all the exoerience was good.
Bed was comfortable, and room size was really good for 2 people.

Cons:

The kettle in the room was a bit rusty.
The towels we found in the room when we first came in were a bit old, but we asked for more towels and they brought them to us.
They don't do house keeping except upon request.
I would appreciate if there was more tissues and more toilet paper rolls in the room, and that I don't need to wait until it is finished to request more.

Pros:

El personal es extremadamente amable, estuvieron atentos en todo momento e incluso nos permitieron un late check out.. La limpieza es perfecta y la relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Se puede aparcar en la puerta con facilidad y se dispone de muy buen café en la cafetería que hay junto a la recepción.

Cons:

Olía bastante a tabaco en nuestra habitación.
Está algo lejos del centro pero no fue un problema para nosotros.

acceptable stay at the hotel
Pros:

Room is large. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby especially for foodies.

Cons:

The bright white LED lights in the room feel like an industrial office. Ac doesn't work if the card is not placed in the card pocket and when in summer that's a nightmare. The staff who greeted me kept joking about my motorcycle helmet instead of actually helping me at the earliest to check in which was annoying after more than 10 hrs of riding. The hotel lobby was too busy in the evening from the café which feels odd if you want a quite place. During check out the staff didn't even care to ask about how my stay was. Coffee cups and walls were dirty.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel’s location is also perfect — close to many nearby facilities, which made our stay very convenient
