ASSOLUTAMENTE BOCCIATO
Cons:

Esperienza bruttissima, siamo arrivati la sera e abbiamo pagato il nostro soggiorno in contanti. La mattina dopo al momento del check-out la ragazza dello staff ci dice che non poteva tenere una delle nostre banconote perché troppo vecchia minacciando di chiamare la polizia se non avessimo dato altri soldi, ma una volta che io ti ho pagato non puoi ridarmi i soldi, io non ho la certezza che siano i miei, avresti dovuto controllare meglio prima. Una volta tornato in Italia sono andato in banca a cambiare i soldi e qua arriva la sorpresa, la banca non ha riconosciuto i soldi (soldi che mi avevano dato loro prima di partire) la banconota non era del lotto che avevo preso io, ciò vuol dire che quando ci hanno ridato i soldi la banconota è stata cambiata con un'altra. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Unreliable hot water, flooding and overcharged payment
Pros:

The rooms were modern and the bathroom was huge. Balcony and breakfast were also good. Employees were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The hot water in our room was very unreliable, with hot water quickly running out or only reaching a very lukewarm temperature. In this case, we had to go to ask front desk to turn on some hot water machine, which also did not work at first (plus makes no difference when water gets ice cold mid shower).
Our bathroom also got extremely flooded after showers or flushing the toilet to the point where we could only use the bathroom barefoot (water seemed to be leaking from through the tile seals and had no drainage in the main bathroom area)

We were also overcharged by $55AUD. We only noticed this when we personally checked the price we were charged by the hotel against the price we were quoted on booking.com.
The front desk employee was helpful and offered a refund when we raised the issue, but could only refund the additional amount with cash, not to our original payment method.

I appreciate the employees help to resolve these issues, but for the price of this hotel in Osh, I was disappointed.

Hotel bardzo przyjazny. Personel miły i bardzo pomocny. Świetne śniadanie. Położony w ogrodzie. Pokoje i łazienki bardzo czyste i przestronne.

A nice little place not too far from the center of Bishkek
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, and the room and bathroom are very spacious. The staff were helpful, and the location was decent, though a bit of a walk into the center of town. Breakfast was good with many options.

Cons:

No extra toilet paper and could have better sound insulation. The coffee at breakfast was confusing to prepare, and only one small pot could be prepared at a time, which wasn't enough for all the guests.

Sehr gutes 3* Hotel in Bishkek
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten und hatte alles, was man braucht (Wasserkocher + Tee/Kaffee, Fernseher, Klimaanlage, Balkon, ein großes Doppelbett, einen großen Schrank, ein großes Badezimmer). Es war wirklich sauber und ordentlich, und auch das inkludierte Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Es gab außerdem einen Pool und in der Lobby konnte man günstig frischen Kaffee, Wasser und Softdrinks kaufen. Außerdem war die Rezeption gefühlt 24/7 besetzt - wir mussten gegen 04:30 Uhr auschecken und auch zu dieser Zeit war jemand da. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichten wir per Taxi den Ala-Too Platz und auch die New Central Mosque. Supermärkte gab es in der näheren Umgebung.

[In der Beschreibung steht, dass wir ein Zweibettzimmer mit Zustellbett hatten - für diese Bewertung relevant ist aber unsere Buchung des Doppelzimmers mit Balkon! Das Zweibettzimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss, ohne Balkon, war aber genauso schön und sauber].

Cons:

In unserem Badezimmer hat es leider stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Außerdem ist in unserem Badezimmer ab und zu kein Wasser geflossen, weder in der Dusche, noch beim Waschbecken. Nach einer kurzen Info an der Rezeption wurde das Problem binnen weniger Minuten behoben, aber etwas nervig war es trotzdem. Für uns aber kein Grund, das Hotel nicht noch einmal zu buchen, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis echt gut war. :)

Die Lage ist super - auch das man parken kann vor der Tür!

Cons:

In unserem Bad hat es leider super unangenehm nach abgestandenen Wasser gerochen - selbst die Lüftung hat hier keine Besserung gebracht. Das Frühstück ist ok aber auch nicht mehr

Idéal pour un court séjour à Bishkek
Pros:

Hôtel confortable et calme, idéal pour quelques nuits pour se reposer et découvrir Bishkek. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses et la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Il n’est pas tout à fait dans le centre mais les Yandex permettent de s’y rendre très rapidement et à moindre coût.
