Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

The promotional rate was idea
The increased rate of 100k plus is not idea
I love the fact that they took their time to design the rooms. You can observe that they were intentional with their interior designs. My room was spacious.
If they can overcome the maintenance issues usually associated with Nigerian facilities or hotels, it’s a facility I will keep using.
It took a while to make our rooms available to us when we arrived. I think because it is a new place, they don’t have enough staff.
When we went to the restaurant for dinner, it was the cashier that attended to us instead of the waiter.
Another issue was that the room before mine kept playing loud music and even when I complained to the receptionist, he said he couldn’t leave his desk to follow me to their room because he had no one to cover his desk.

I also didn’t like the fact that the electricity went out and they had to manually switch to the generator.

The bed…a bit to hard. Some construction/renovation also going on made it a bit bit noisy. If it could not be done in the early mornings, that would be perfect.
