Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Good aesthetics. Poor functionality. - not ideal for business travel.
Pros:

Spacious room. Good, soft bed and pillows. Friendly and welcoming staff. The welcome drink. Good hotel and room ambience.

Cons:

Breakfast that starts at 8am!
Unavailability of laundry service in the late night or early morning.
Cumbersome and unnecessary check-in process pre-arrival.
Poor quality television.
Uncertain heating of the hot water inthe bathroom.

My stay was pleasant
Pros:

The staffs were pleasant. The accommodation was good

Cons:

I would advise they pay more attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the beautiful facility.

Pros:

Welcoming and attentive staff, very big room and clean sheets.
Cold AC
No mosquitoes
Big Bathroom. (U can see the toilet from the room, so it might be akward if you are a couple)
Quiet neighborhood

Cons:

Internet was not good.
No area for Breakfast or Dinning as the Restaurant is in renovation
(Apparently you can have the inc. breakfast delivered to your room)

Lovely. Rooms and bathroom facilities were splendid
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. Its a new property and the restaurant isn't quite ready for use. Was told breakfast is delivered to your room. Kitchen is functional.

Cons:

There a little few things to not like.

The property needs a lot of maintenance done to the rooms and the bathrooms could at least have a blind to keep it priva

The room was spacious with a good sized bed

Cons:

The bathrooms were see through from the room and this removed all bathrooms privacy. Many of the rooms had problems and I had to change rooms 3 times to find a fairly decent room. The rooms only had one drinking, one tea cup and coffee for one even though the room was booked for 2 people

Extremely disappointed and will never ever com back or recommend anyone there.
Pros:

Aside from the location nothing else.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service i received. I was offered a bucket to shower with because their shower isn’t working and tv not working because they said they are under going a renovation. Like for real?? The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The shower was really dirty for a hotel that pricey. I was going to stay for 10 nights but checked out on my second day. Just one issue to another. Staff would take money from you and never returned with your change like they are entitled to keep it. You have to call twice before you get any response.
