Pros:

We just stayed 1 night after a long flight that landed in the middle of the night.

Cons:

Very old in desperate need of renovation.
Breakfast options are limited.

Habitación amplia. Incluye estacionamiento.

Cons:

Me tocó la 1era habitación de la entrada al lado del lobby. A las 6am un huésped estaba reclamando algo sobre un cargo adicional y de los gritos no pude dormir más.

Encontré cabellos en el piso del baño justo al entrar por primera vez.

El desayuno no ofrecía mucha opción.

Hoping this was that one in ten not so great experienced

Friendliness of staff. Location.

Cons:

The room. Yuck.
For my last 4 visits, I have always been able to stay in the same room and I always love my experience, but it was not available for this stay.
This stay I got:
Dead horsefly’s on floor.
Carpet is sticky and nasty dirty.
Dirty handprints on the walls in bathroom.
Booked room for 2 people . There was 1 washcloth and 1 towel clean for use. Got bit several times both nights
Bed was HARD and uncomfortable. I was charged the same for this single bed room as I am usually charged for the double Queen deluxe room with a patio.
Going forward, if “my” room is not available, I will stay at a different property.

Stayed here before & it was decent. Recently they canceled my room because I opted to pay in person.
Pros:

Big parking lot

Cons:

Canceled my reservation I booked a day ago because I opted out of paying online. So fyi If you choose to pay in person they may cancel your room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby and garden area very beautiful !

Cons:

No toilet paper holder, broken handle on the drawer. Saw several dirty looking stain on the carpet.

The Best value place you'll find in Gardena yeah
Pros:

The garden view was beautiful with a private patio or you can relax and enjoy nature not worrying about other people walking by your area it's excluded for those who's staying in that section of the hotel
