Pros:

No room service and dinner available was of minimum options with almost all dineiels, you have to choose food of their choice not your choice. and they will rush you

Good place to stay, Good place to dine and affordable with good and affectionate staff.
Pros:

Mr Srikant, General Manager, welcomed us with a pleasant smile and assisted with an early check-in. Ms Reshma, front desk associate, was kind enough to provide us with an excellent room, clean linen, toiletries, and a Wi-Fi password. Mr Prasad, Housekeeping associate, was so kind to double-check that everything is in order and to help us explain how to operate the TV, AC, and water kettle, and he told us he is just a call away. Mr Joseph, the Restaurant's Manager, is fabulous at providing excellent food. He is so kind that he stayed throughout the meal and saw that we were happy with the food. Last but not least, a good place to stay, a good place to dine, and affordable, with good and affectionate staff.

Check-in time 2.00 pm should be changed to 11.00 am.

Good stay
Pros:

Hotel was good. Everything was available.
Staff was very nice and helpful. They got us bucket, mug, iron box, hair dryer.
Lady at the reception was very cooperative with a pleasant smile. She gave us early checkin considering my old aged mom. Many thanks for that.
I forgot her name.
Pushpaji from house keeping was very helpful.
