Room was dirty, bedsheets were old and unclean. The entrance is not of an hotel but of an old and dirty building. Pictures are misleading.

1) I booked Hotel
2) But The PROPERTY never gave me ROOM .
3) A biz traveller does not hv time to listen NON-SENSE excuse by PROPERTY .
4) The PROPERTY told they are OVER -BOOKED , WHEN i reached PROPERTY at 8 PM
5) Is it not the responsibility of BOOKING.COM to receive the COMPLAINT ,while the GUEST is standing at PROPERTY?
6) BOOKING.COM must come to RESCUE of the TRAVELLER !!

Very bad Experience ... TRAVELLER must not book hotel , where the BOOKING.COM DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY and PUT THE TRAVELLER AT THE MERCY of the PROPERTY / HOTEL !!
Clean rooms and perfect location.
Breakfast and one cramped room..Also maintenance need to be done to toilet faucets and taps. Need to refill the shampoo and body wash regularly.
The location shown on booking.com is completely misleading, the actual location is very different from what is shown on booking.com.
Overall bad experience in the cost I pay, No Kitchen, very narrow room, very bad and old Lift.
