Misleading pictures. Dirty rooms.

Room was dirty, bedsheets were old and unclean. The entrance is not of an hotel but of an old and dirty building. Pictures are misleading.

Please noted as follows :
1) I booked Hotel
2) But The PROPERTY never gave me ROOM .
3) A biz traveller does not hv time to listen NON-SENSE excuse by PROPERTY .
4) The PROPERTY told they are OVER -BOOKED , WHEN i reached PROPERTY at 8 PM
5) Is it not the responsibility of BOOKING.COM to receive the COMPLAINT ,while the GUEST is standing at PROPERTY?
6) BOOKING.COM must come to RESCUE of the TRAVELLER !!
7) BUT , it is too bad an experiance , that no support from the BOOKING.COM !!

Very bad Experience ... TRAVELLER must not book hotel , where the BOOKING.COM DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY and PUT THE TRAVELLER AT THE MERCY of the PROPERTY / HOTEL !!

Clean rooms and perfect location.

Cons:

Breakfast and one cramped room..Also maintenance need to be done to toilet faucets and taps. Need to refill the shampoo and body wash regularly.

Not recommended unless cost conscious for just sleeping

When we reported early, they did not provide temporary room to refresh before check in at 12 pm
Bathroom nob was not working ( no QC)
Camode closing plate was broken
No other toiletries other than soap
Room sizes are very small
No kitchen hence no breakfast
Asked to pay the entire bill amount at check in time
