there was an issue with water, poor pressure, only cold or super hot water, not worn, uncomfortable to take shower
there was a hot tub in the room, but seems that also did not work, at least we could not get any water in
breakfast started at 9.30
It's a new place in the middle of the jungle/cenote area. The pool is filled with cenote water. The bedroom it's big, spacious, and has a great view of the place. It was very clean and they had nice candles, and lots of details around the property.
The lookout point feels a bit unsafe, it shakes a lot with 2 people on it. My breakfast bread had mold on it. The coffee was weak. We ask for face and hand towels, they did not delivered, they didn't have shampoo, soap or conditioner. The restaurant was close for the night.
The shower drain had a strong smell.
