Das Hotel hat eine ungeheuer gute Lage. Ich war bereits zweimal da und hatte beide Male nach außen hin relativ ruhige Zimmer.
Das Personal hat ein wenig verlernt, auf die Gäste Rücksicht zu nehmen. Ab 6:30 Uhr war die Nacht in der Regel vorbei, wenn die Vorbereitungen für das Frühstück und die Reinigung begann. Das Hotel ist hellhörig und das Personal arbeitet ohne besondere Rücksicht auf die Ruhe der Gäste.
Location of the property was perfect right in the main square in Bologna.
Breakfast was ok but it could have been more fresh and with better savoury options.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um die Stadt Bologna zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben außerhalb der Stadt geparkt und sind mit dem Bus zum Hotel gefahren.
While the building was pretty dated, it was very clean throughout. The AC was working very well, it was quiet in the room.
The free breakfast had quite a bit of variety and was surprisingly good.
The bathroom was super small and wasn’t very clean.
The sink was fine but shower booth wasn’t clean and the worst was shower head. It was mouldy and disgusting.
The toilet seat was very old, paint was scratched off.
Location is the best of this place, great bars, restaurants in the same street. Service was great, clean place, the best i could get to explore bologna. Thank you
Warmly greeted at Reception, luggage was stored as we arrived early. Our room was comfortable and cleanm with in room safe. Breakfast offered a very wide choice with coffee to order. We also had an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant, with a wide variety of wine available. Excellent location, near the main piazza, for restaurants and tourist sites. It had everything we need to feel comfortable while away. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel was very convenient to the plaza.

Breakfast was good but I think they should label the Vegeterian/vegan food so the guests will know.
