Swan Motel

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier où il n'y a pas grand chose et peu de restaurant. Tout est tourné vers les croisières.
L'accueil est top (nous avons pu avoir notre chambre beaucoup plus tôt que prévu). La chambre est très grande et très confortable. Bonne literie. L'hotel doit etre assez récent, tout est en bon état.
Possibilité de faire laver son linge

The hotel was simply excellent! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean – the cleanliness was kept at a high level throughout my stay. The staff was extremely friendly, always with a smile, and truly caring about the guests.
I could rent bicycles at a very low price directly from the hotel, and after check-out they even gave me a free ride to the cruise – such great service!
The price of the stay was also very affordable compared to the value I received. Definitely one of the best and most worthwhile experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and pleasant place at a fair price.

Todo nuevo y limpio. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda. Nada que envidiar a un gran hotel.

Nous y avons passé une nuit avant de prendre le bateau au matin pour la baie d’Along. Si le quartier est vide et sans vie avec un côté surréaliste, l’accueil du gérant a été excellent et la chambre était magnifique. Toujours prêt à trouver une solution à vos problèmes.

The rooms were lovely - very big, clean and the staff at the front desk were really friendly. It’s right by the marina so great location for the ha long bay cruises. We got a cruise and they dropped us back in Hanoi at the end for the next bit of our trip.

Very clean, spacious and modern room. The owners were very friendly and even allowed us to check in at 3 am without any problems.

Very nice owners, very close to ferry terminal. Large and clean room. We forgot a charging cable at the property, came back 2 days later and the lovely owner found and returned the cable to us. 100% recommended.

Really lovely big room and comfy beds. Owner was super helpful and offered a speedy laundry service. Also was around for us to check in at 4am smoothly. Perfect place to stay if you are getting a cruise the next day and great value for money.

Lovely room, great interior, space and shower. Excellent location to the harbour.

The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Early check in plus they printed some important documents for me. Highly recommended staying here if you are stopping on the island.

Massive comfy room - I would recommend to everyone wanting to stay near the bay for a cruise as this is the perfect location for this. There a few coffee shops/ restaurants nearby and the beach/ port. We checked in early as our bus got in in the morning and there was no extra cost to this :)
