Chambre Spacieuse et confortable
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuses et très bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Petit hôtel déalement situé pour prendre le Ferry qui va à Cat Ba ou partir en croisière sur Ha Long / Lan Ha. Un vrai bon plan pour le prix. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et nous ont même déposé en ville moyennant finance (ce qui est tout à fait normal) car nous n'avions pas pu réserver de taxi.

Pros:

Замечательное место, тихо, спокойно, чисто! Отличный хозяин!!! Помог заказать трансфер в Ниньбинь и нас довезли и пересадили в автобус чтобы мы не потерялись. Всем советую это место!!!

Habitación amplia y cómoda

Cons:

Los anfitriones no hablan nada de inglés. No hay nada alrededor para cenar (llegamos sobre las 20h), y la zona está desértica dando un poco de mal rollo por la noche. La puerta del edificio se queda abierta toda la noche sin demasiada vigilancia. Tuvimos que pedir el papel de wc y las toallas porque no estaban en la habitación. TV solo en chino, imposible de utilizar. Limpieza justa. Lo que se ve, está bien pero si abres cajones, incluso insectos muertos.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man konnte nachts einchecken. Es war ein perfekter Übergang, weil wir danach auf das Boot sind.

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber wir mussten ein Grab (1€) nehmen um an das Terminal 2 zu komme …kein Abzug bei der Bewegung nur ein Hinweis

Boli sme jednu noc. Velmi mili personal. Rano nas domaca ochotne odviezla na miesto odkial nam zacinal dalsi vylet. Izba velmi cista,priestranna, postel pohodlna. Citili sme sa velmi prijemne. Odporucam.

Très bonne adresse, grande chambre. Parfait pour une nuit avant de partir en croisière
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier où il n'y a pas grand chose et peu de restaurant. Tout est tourné vers les croisières.
L'accueil est top (nous avons pu avoir notre chambre beaucoup plus tôt que prévu). La chambre est très grande et très confortable. Bonne literie. L'hotel doit etre assez récent, tout est en bon état.
Possibilité de faire laver son linge

Cons:

Les sols paraissent propres mais on a les pieds noirs très rapidement.

Pros:

The hotel was simply excellent! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean – the cleanliness was kept at a high level throughout my stay. The staff was extremely friendly, always with a smile, and truly caring about the guests.
I could rent bicycles at a very low price directly from the hotel, and after check-out they even gave me a free ride to the cruise – such great service!
The price of the stay was also very affordable compared to the value I received. Definitely one of the best and most worthwhile experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and pleasant place at a fair price.

Uno de mis mejores hoteles
Pros:

Todo nuevo y limpio. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda. Nada que envidiar a un gran hotel.

Cons:

Todo alrededor en construcción, imagino que en poco tiempo cambiará. No tenía nevera.
