It was very nice overall - we loved the view, would have enjoyed free perked coffee to sip on!
Pros:

loved the location by the river and the outside chairs and bonfire provided to enjoy the river view.

Cons:

Was disappointed that there was no free coffee. The "exceptional" breakfast advertised seemed to be microwaved eggs, etc. No real kitchen on site .

Pros:

Being on the River. Staff was nice. Rooms okay.

Cons:

Table was broken and pinched my finger. Couldn’t get the room cool enough.

Faulty Towers. Surely this standard of building is not acceptable to Hilton.
Pros:

Nothing, it needs to be bulldozed

Cons:

Revolving door doesn’t work, buckets on the floor in reception for rook leaks, no air conditioning, water supply out for a day, the list goes on.

Pros:

Great location and view of the river. Walkable to downtown venue and restaurants. Clean and quiet hotel with comfortable bed.
