Great location within easy walking distance to Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, the Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, and dining
Pros:

Fantastic views, great location, easy check in, prompt communication

Cons:

The a/c couldn’t be turned down so a couple of fans in the bedrooms could be useful

Best place for city life!
Pros:

Great view day and night

Cons:

Bedrooms not spacious enough for my liking but I’m guessing that’s relative. Quite apart from that, it’s a nice condo

Perfect
Pros:

My family, including two adults and two children from Vietnam, enjoyed our 12-day trip to Canada. Toronto was our first destination. The check-in guidelines were easy to follow. Although the official check-in time was 4:00 p.m., we were allowed to check in at 11:00 a.m. after a very long flight. The space and the view were perfect. The kitchen made us feel like we were at home.

Cons:

The overhead shower’s water pressure isn’t very strong

Great stay in downtown Toronto next to CN Tower
Pros:

Great location with excellent views. Very responsive and friendly host, who went out of his way to make our stay a good experience. Lots of places near by for lunch and dinner. Great supermarket at the base of the building.

Cons:

The bedrooms are a little small if you have lots of luggage (but then there’s room in the living room 🙂).

Clean, safe, convenient location, free parking, creature comforts like home, having your own bedroom
Pros:

The location to Rogers Centre was awesome with just a few blocks of safe walking plus free parking. The unit was very clean so the cleaning fee that is paid is worth it. Having free snacks was very helpful which you would pay a lot in a hotel. The windows are very sound and when closed drown out any outside noise. However, its really nice to be able to open the sliding door of the balcony and get fresh air and to see the sights of the downtown area and lakefront. The condo building and the parking garage is very safe and clean. The security people were very friendly and helpful. Andrew, the host, is very attentive so if anything went wrong, I would trust that he would help promptly.

Cons:

There was nothing that I disliked but for some there may be some little challenges to keep in mind. For the price, you are paying for convenience of location and two bedrooms with average mattress and pillows so if you want super luxurious pillows and mattresses, you'll pay a lot more at neighboring hotels. The challenge is getting acclimated. I had my son waiting in the car out front which was a big help, and it's a bit of a maze going from security desk of the condo building to check in on ground floor, then going to security on Floor 9, who will then let you into the hallway that takes you to the other condo tower, and then take the elevators up to the room on 29th to get your car transponder and fobs with the door, opened for you just before your arrival, then back down to the car, then drive to the 4th underground level to find your parking spot. If you are arriving solo, I think that you can park near the grocery store parking on level 2 but ask Andrew for sure. There is no specific directions to get to "thee" set of elevators that you should take to easily get to your unit on the 29th floor. You need to give yourself time to calmly navigate, but its reasonable after you do it once. If you are scared of heights, the balcony has a 3' high, frosted glass and steel bar, balcony guards but you can look down through 3" clearings around the bottom...so just look up. Its very secure and a pleasant setting but making some of you aware to keep your head up. The transponder to open the garage doors for the parking space does work better when you put it on the car window and push underneath on the bottom.

La tour du CN dans votre salon!
Pros:

Location location location!

Very good
Pros:

Location was great for what we were in Toronto for. Blue Jays stadium within 5 min walk. Good restaurant selection downtown within walking distance. Spacious apartment with good view. Host response for any issues we had was immediate and taken care of.

Cons:

Checking in and parking in their underground lot took way longer than we would have liked. More complicated than a regular hotel check-in.
