DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!!! Absolutely disgusting, unhygienic and unacceptable!
We booked this apartment in Toronto for four adults and a three-year-old child. When we arrived, we honestly could not believe our eyes. The apartment was in an absolutely shocking state: extremely dirty, unhygienic and, in our opinion, completely unfit to stay in.
The kitchen alone was disgusting. There were old food remains and heavy grime inside the oven, making it look as though it had not been properly cleaned in an extremely long time. We also found numerous old food crumbs and leftovers around the kitchen area. The kettle was covered in grease and other unhygienic residue.
Unfortunately, it got even worse when we entered the bedroom. We discovered large white stains on the bedsheets that appeared to resemble dried bodily fluids from previous guests. We were horrified. The balcony door in the bedroom was also broken and could not be locked properly. This is completely unacceptable, especially when travelling with a three-year-old child, and it raised serious safety concerns for us in a large city like Toronto.
But the absolute worst part was the bathroom. The hygienic condition was beyond disgusting. We found brown stains/residue resembling bodily fluids throughout the shower, together with a large amount of hair. The bathroom also appeared to have extensive mould, as can be seen in the photos. The bathroom mat had another disgusting stain on it. To make matters even worse, when we looked into the toilet, there appeared to still be fecal residue from the previous guest.
We felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that we LEFT THE APARTMENT AFTER APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES and booked another hotel. There was absolutely no way we were going to let our three-year-old child, or ourselves, sleep in these conditions.
We immediately tried to contact the host by SMS, WhatsApp and phone calls. There was no response.

The whole package, from check in to check out was smooth and painless. The host was brilliant he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The property is well located, well presented and maintained. Clean, modern and a great view! Trumps a hotel any day

Location was king! Nice, clean and well equipped condo. In the heart of entertainment district with a fab view of the lake and islands.
The suite itself was exceptional
Rude staff when checking in
Andrew saved the day when our concert was rescheduled last minute and our hotel was fully booked. The condo is in the perfect location and it's very spacious for Toronto. Absolutely loved that it came with a parking spot (if you have a large vehicle it will be a tight squeeze). Andrew is very responsive and answered any questions I had immediately. I'd definitely stay here again.
Great view day and night

The a/c couldn’t be turned down so a couple of fans in the bedrooms could be useful
My family, including two adults and two children from Vietnam, enjoyed our 12-day trip to Canada. Toronto was our first destination. The check-in guidelines were easy to follow. Although the official check-in time was 4:00 p.m., we were allowed to check in at 11:00 a.m. after a very long flight. The space and the view were perfect. The kitchen made us feel like we were at home.
The overhead shower’s water pressure isn’t very strong
