rooms were comfy, breakfast was nice.

Cons:

They lost our reservation at booking.com, but they managed to find rooms for us.
One lift (elevator) for the whole hotel is not enough.

One comfortable night close to Kunming Airport
Pros:

Hotel located not far from airport, with available transfers to and from terminal during certain hours. Staff helpful and friendly but if you don’t speak Chinese you need to use some translation app to communicate.

Cons:

We tried to contact the hotel via booking to book for a shuttle from airport but they never replied to our message. In the end we could easily find a taxi, however the taxi driver could not understand the English version of the name and address of the hotel, luckily we also had the Chinese version of the name, which solved the issue.

Excellent overnight stay whilst catching early or late flight out of Kunming Airport
Pros:

The takeaway breakfast in a bag was a lovely & appreciated surprise since our airport shuttle left the hotel at 530am!

Cons:

Couldn't get international Internet working

Good value hotel within close proximity of Kunming airport for those that have early morning flights
Pros:

Room was modern, came with a good assortment of amenities and high water pressure in the shower!

Cons:

The hotel was in a building that housed several hotels so therefore this hotel had only one elevator to access rooms and that caused long waits which got a little frustrating.
