Déception pour le prix payé
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la taille du lit et le côté moderne apporté par la chaîne Mariott. L’accueil par Marwa était satisfaisant. Le parking était vraiment très bien.

Cons:

La propreté est à revoir car :
- il y avait une tache d’urine sur la cuvette des toilettes à notre arrivée
- joints de sdb de couleur jaune qui pourraient être blanc si c’était gratté
- moisissures dues à l’absence de VMC
- sol non lavé
- climatisation beaucoup trop bruyante la nuit (un coup elle se met en route un coup non)

Pros:

Een week lang verbleven in Courtyard by Marriott Casablanca en wat een geweldig team! Vanaf binnenkomst word je door de beveiligers met een grote glimlach ontvangen. Vooral de twee lange mannen die op elkaar lijken en de kale man verdienen een speciaal compliment. Ze geven je direct een veilig gevoel en helpen zelfs buiten met het regelen van een taxi.

Ook Wissal bij Starbucks is fantastisch! Ze zorgt ervoor dat je drankje precies naar jouw smaak is. En Abdullah staat altijd klaar met een glimlach, vraagt oprecht hoe het gaat en of je iets nodig hebt.

Een speciaal compliment voor manager Amel: een geweldige toevoeging voor Marriott. Zij en haar team zorgen ervoor dat alles goed draait en dat gasten een fijn verblijf hebben.

Let wel op: de omgeving is druk en levendig. Als je van rust houdt, kun je het beste kiezen voor een kamer met uitzicht naar binnen. Zelf vond ik de levendige sfeer juist geweldig!

Tophotel, maar vooral een topteam. Absoluut een aanrader!
