Cons:

On est partis pour notre nuit de noces, on nous a dit qu’on avait été surclassés mais au final ça n’a pas été fait. Une chambre standard comme celle qu’on avait payé, même le petit déjeuner n’était pas offert. On a dû payé 300dhs pour le petit dej. On aurait préféré qu’il ne nous dise pas qu’un surclassement a été appliqué, c’était complètement mensonger.

Отель находится в примерно в 3 км от основных достопримечательностей Касабланки ( и это главное неудобство). Транспорт - трамваи 1 и 2 номер - рядом. Можно доехать и в центр и на пляж. Удобен для проведения деловых встреч, конференций.
Мы - обычные туристы провели в отеле 10 ночей. Опыт наш в основном положительный.
Как только я забронировала отель , со мной связалась Нора и предложила услуги трансфера, что было приятным для человека, впервые посещающего Марокко.
Во время нахождения в отеле с нами постоянно контактировали сотрудники службы размещения - Амаль, Хассан, Тихана, Парва. Они помогали нам с мобильной связью в Марокко, с вызовом такси, давали дельные советы относительно времяпрепровождения.
Отдельное спасибо работникам ресторана - Халеду, Суфияну, Икраму. Всегда приветливые, обходительные и услужливые делали наше пребывание удобным. Все блюда, приготовленные поварами были вкусными.
Бассейн на 9 этаже маленький, но его было достаточно для всех желающих.
Служба охраны - Яссин, Иссам и Омар были нашими переводчиками ( водители не всегда понимали английский).
В целом, этот отель соответствует своей 4-х звездности. Весь персонал очень клиентоориентированный и обязательно поможет решить проблемы проживающих.

Pros:

Pros:

This is a 4 hour hotel that has 5 star qualities. Very spacious rooms, beautifully decorated, very attentive staff and excellent services. We were especially happy with the services of chef Oussama who makes the best omelettes in Casablanca, the service staff Soufiane and Anas who took care of every request my mother had. They made our stay very pleasant.

It was unforgeable.
Pros:

The whole hotel and its staff have been very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff, the restaurant crew
and the cleaning crew. I'd like to thank Mr. Khaled from the restaurant crew for his understanding and help.
Also, the janitors at the front entrance have been very helpful. In short words, the whole hotel was excellent.

Réserver un taxi pour se rendre à l'aéroport le matin.

Cons:

Au début, on nous a attribué une chambre avec des draps vraiment sales, et le sol était collant et taché de Fanta.
On nous a alors changé de chambre, mais même la suivante n'était pas aussi propre qu'on pourrait s'y attendre dans ce genre d'hôtel.
La piscine était également trop sale pour s'y baigner : il y avait une couche d'huile sur toute la surface, l'eau était trouble et la fontaine était rouillée et ne fonctionnait plus. Les chaises longues étaient en mauvais état ou couvertes de fientes d'oiseaux.
La douche dans la chambre est tellement mal faite que si vous prenez une douche pendant plus de deux minutes, l'eau arrive jusqu'au lit.
Alors que nous voulions aller nous coucher vers 22 heures, nous n'avons pas pu. Nous étions au 8e étage et, au 9e, il y a un bar qui met de la musique très forte, comme si on dormait dans une boîte de nuit.
Il n'est pas non plus possible de régler la climatisation à une température inférieure à 19 degrés.
Je suis très déçu, je ne réserverai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.
