The staff was incredibly supportive helpful and welcoming

Cons:

The soundproofing in the room was terrible. We had a connecting room, and we could basically hear everything from next door. To make matters worse, the traffic noise was unbearable. I suggest that if you're a light sleeper, you bring earplugs! I hope the hotel can do something to improve this
