Good hotel but staff unhelpful

Location and cleanness of the room.

Cons:

The reception refused to give us a receipt even though on the booking website we were addressed to the reception for it.
It was not possible for any of us (4) to book without paying upfront.

The facilities were beautiful

Cons:

The day when we arrived, even though we arrived at 14:40 for check in when we entered the room the maids were still inside preparing the room for check in.
Our last day we ordered two cocktails in the rooftop but arrived 40 minutes after our order, when I informed the manager there she told me that the staff couldn't touch alcohol and that's why, though we were never informed about and we kept waiting. Lastly when I asked if we will pay those the manager said of course.
